You'll find it hard to do anything with only 3 members, atleast untill you start racking in some prestige.
Sure, you could decorate the portal room, but adding an other room will cost atleast 100k prestige.
So if you actually want to make something, you could wait till you've banked about 750,000 prestige. Plus some change for decorations (a few K should be enough) -
I've rerolled my defiant main (Tower of Power lvl34 tanker) on Union, now he's lvl 20, and an alt... In favour of my new main

Happy birthday, Doulos!
May you write a lot more great stories -
Thanks
Come one come all, and grabe a plate
I'm sure there's enough cake to go around
-
Thanks, what can I say? I'm speachless...
-
Thanks.
The post I made in the Path Less Trodden where I depicted some of Saphire's actions and lines, was made in colaboration with Captain_Cliche. -
(( so, you're going out with a bang (again), I thought you did that last night?
If you can't RP at GG for a time, it doesn't mean you have to kill your character. And ressurect him for when you can again make it, and when it turns out you can't, kill him again...
I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be there. I might, but don't count on it.
I also have very legidiment excuse: Grav doesn't believe he has those children (or any childer for that mater)
Please, next time... do something less dramatic? )) -
Might I take the time to say that my last post is a colaboration between me and Captain_Cliche?

Grav looked down on the masses. For a moment, she did indeed see torches and pitchforks, but sadly, the masses were a lot more dangerous than that.
Ducking down behind the ledgewall, dragging Saphire down with her, she began to speak:
"These Carnies are but a distraction, we need to get Requiem. Do you think you can find him if I distract these Carnies?"
Saphire shook her head "No, can't you track his Kheldian energy?"
Grav though for a moment "I'm not sure, but I'll try. Can you keep them away from me for a few minutes?"
"I'll do what I can."
This was not the reasurrance she was hoping for but expected as much, Grav nodded.
Grav sat down in a meditative position, to increase her concentration on the difficult task at hand.
Using her magical senses Grav began to search for Kheldian energy sources.
Concentrating at first on the sewer where the hooded figure disapeared.
Was he Kheldian? It was hard to tell, Saphire's pressence still overwhelmed that area. Grav did her best to filter out Saphire's signature.
Meanwhile, Saphire stood guard over Grav, shining with energy, ready to do whatever she could to stop the Carnival. -
I know this great restaurant in Groningen, you guys will love it!
Maybe we can meet there?
(ok, so I don't really know a restaurant in Groningen, but you get the idea)
(and for those that don't know (which would probably be most of you) Groningen is a city in the north of The Netherlands...) -
Slightly OT...
Do conttructed items cost less than ready items? (assuming the item can be made as well as bought)
Also:
Can you sell your salvage constructed item for prestige? -
What do we know about Requiem?
He was perhaps the cloacked figure in the sewer, but that was more likely a spy. Do we have any idea where he went?
He's probably 'long gone', as the carnie put it. Do we have any idea where to?
Where did these carnies come from?
What happened to States?
Was that even the real States back then?
Why are those Strongmen going into the sewer?
Are the wormhole and/or portal still open?
Where are the heroes of that time?
Where do you live?
Just firing off questions...
I don't expect answers to questions neither Grav nor Saphire can't know the answer to. -
While dodging as many energy bolts she could, Grav realised something.
A quick look located Saphire, and in the blink of an eye, Grav apeared behind her and grabbed her arond her waist. A moment later they reapeared on the roof of the hospital.
"There are too many of them, and we need to find this Requiem fellow"
Thinking to her self: 'I wonder where Doctor MacAllister is, surely he would have been sent here by now... But then again, he may prevent all of this later...' -
So, basicly, whay you're saying is... we're up to our necks in exrements... if not deeper...

It's the 'personal identity' that ussually visits the GG statue
[/ QUOTE ]
Disagree. People turn up as both and play as both.
[/ QUOTE ]
Please notice the apropriate use of the word "ussually".
Yes, Nevermore makes more apearances then Alan Drake.
But I see Anna more often then I do Velvet.
Hiki/Mina, it's ussually Mina that's at the statue, sometimes Hiki.
As for my Grav, she's there as both at the same time, but with the emphasis on her person, rather than the hero. -
<asks in a casual and obviously totally inocent way>
So... what the scenry look like?.... -
I'm actually tempted to pull a trick that... well... wouldn't only be drastic, but also... a bit over the top...
(*remembers mentioning being able to floating a skyscraper if she really wanted to...*) -
Bad GM! Bad GM!
First sneaking the illusion past me (well, Grav) and now forgetting to mention there's (alteast one) Master Illusionist there! -
shapeless firing enery bolts... hmm.. unbound nictus?

Our 15 man group doesn't want a huge expensive base.
I just want something to do with all the salvage piled in one corner.
[/ QUOTE ]
You can pile it in a corner???
[/ QUOTE ]
That's what my mum does with hers.
[/ QUOTE ]
Hmmm... now to designate a corner for salvage pileage.. -

Those chars would stand out pretty hard in the crowd at GG I guess. And I have seen other heroes with horns or other traits that just are impossible to hide.

Less then you think. It's the 'personal identity' that ussually visits the GG statue, but a lot of them do so in costume.
My own character has green skin, and introduces herself as 'Grav' to strangers, instead of Jessica. She can hide her green skin, but she chooses not to.
We also have some demon looking regulars (well.. one has been 'cured'). And they fit in quite nicely... some other new commers might look strangely upon them at first, but that's to be expected... -
Here's to a long, happy and angst-free marriage!
Erik 'Tower of Power' van Steenbergen is a business man, and becomming a bit better known among Paragon business men.
Depending on how open the party is, he might recieve an invitation... -
How about... a helium balloon, preferably pink, with the letters "GG" on them?
Or write all your GG alts on a Tshirt and wear that over your regular clothes...
Or... a GG badge of honour!
