I am re-opening the discussion thread of the famed RP Adfenture called: "The Path Less Trodden"

The allknowing Game Master is the infamous and legendary Silver_Weasel

I think Grav is working her magic (tendrils?) and that Saphire's essence is being pulled into the portal.
I know there's a Crey Power Tank on it's way...

But what is really happening?
Maybe it's a Englihs-Dutch thing, but I can't make heads or toes of it

It's heads or TAILS.. not toes!

He's saying some force from the portal is stopping Grav from grabbing Saphire and pulling her clear. (You know, It's a real pain remembering to spell that name wrong! )

As Grav was reaching her power towards the portal, something grabbed hold of it; like a strongman grabbing your hand. There's 'something' inside of there that's at least as strong as you.

As for close, there's a shadow about to loom over you

The singularity _might_ be able to defeat a +1 boss, as long as it's alone...
But a even lvl boss has a slight chance against it (you got to love the perma hold )

If you asked Saphire, she'd say 'I'm not just some gem you know!'

By the way... This is the first time I see let alone partake in such an adventure...
What are the rules (if any) for inter character talking?

that said... Grav's a little busy, so I'll wait before answering...

Basic thing can be just to post, but that gets a little dull, so I'd advise a few PM's to get the idea of what the person's likely to say; then write as if that happened.

I'm not a big fan of running other's characters as I know few people could run Weasel like I run him; hence I tried to stop it as soon as I could get you into the adventure.

However, certain 'reflexes' (Like pronouncing Saphire's name wrong) will show immediate results .

Quick run down of what happened.

PP was sniping (Hold doesn't break it), hit disrupted Grav's attack. Medic Healed/CM'd Tank. PP did a Total Focus on Saphire.

None of Grav's attacks can be interupted ingame (even the very long propel animation)

And the dispertion bubble has a +RES Hold, immobilize, Disorient, stun... should have mentioned...

I'm not familair with Total Focus.

Mearely commenting, not critizising.

Attacks can be disrupted if you've not started the animation though I count the two attacks as queued for ease of reference.

Didn't know about the bubble, will look at it next time

Total Focus is a Extreme damage attack (Energy Secondary) that leaps up and does a Disorienting melee attack to the head.

Yeah, Total Focus is pretty much the same as the Incandescant Strike attack you see Miss Ellie use as an opening attack, Ghost. Just nowhere near as pretty!!

Weasel's away until Tuesday (he's busy being John Wayne), but will get stuck in again the moment he gets back.
