Paragon Times: Drake Wedding
((Huzzah! Who were the bridesmaids? And the best man? And yay, my megacorp is useful!))
((
How could you deprive everyone of dressing up for an RPed wedding?!!?!? How could you!!!! You're just MEAN!
We could have had a party... and flash clothes... and Miss Ellie could have gotten drunk again... ah.. no.. maybe not that lsat one...
BOOO!!!!
(Oh, and congrats to the happy couple.)
))
@FloatingFatMan
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
Well, if I were to arrange it as an RPed scene, it would have happened away from GG, and most of GG wouldn't have gotten an invite, anyway
As for best man, etc...
Best Man: Alex most likely.
Groomsmen: Michael Maxwell, David Redwood
Maid of Honour: Samantha Wells
Bridesmaids: Zorielle, Hannah
Imagining Jessica as a flowergirl is just wrong....
I think Jess would make a damn good flower girl. Providing she doesn't eat the flowers, pour them over the bride or groom or spill them all in one location.
*Jessica walks up the aisle with a bunch of freshly pulled flowers, roots and all, and dumps them at the altar, proceeding to eat several*
We'd need Maria to be the flower-girl, really...
And didn't it say formal party would follow, FFM? I need to get the old writing mode out and dust it off. ;-)
I think the formal party should be fiction. Have something in mind....
That'll be another collaboration then? ;-)
Think so. I've already told you what I have planned, after all.
Indeed you have. Start when Niall and I come back from Holland?
Yep!
Here's to a long, happy and angst-free marriage!
Erik 'Tower of Power' van Steenbergen is a business man, and becomming a bit better known among Paragon business men.
Depending on how open the party is, he might recieve an invitation...

If you have nothing useful to say, you have two choices: Say something useless or stay quiet.

-----------------
Alan Drake and Aluria Careros were married today amid rumours that the now Mrs. Drake is pregnant with the couple's first child.
Defying all expectations, the couple enjoyed a small, private ceremony attended only by friends and family. No press were allowed into the church either before, during, or after the ceremony, with security provided by the renowned ZorTel Industries Security Force. Guests refrained from lengthy comment to reporters, wishing only their best for the newlyweds.
After the ceremony, the wedding party retired to Drake Manor, where a private reception was held.
The Drakes have informed us that they are planning a more public wedding party in the near future, to which the press and many other city and business representatives will be invited. Alan Drake had this to say: "While my wife and I understand the desire for those in the public eye to make such an occassion as this open to all, we felt the need to celebrate our wedding in privacy, away from prying eyes, like a normal family."
We at the Paragon Times wish the new couple happy and long lives together.
