When in a channel forum, I notice that some people have their global name, then the active toon name display when they are chatting.

What would the bind be for this?

Hm. I thought I had my emotes set up that way too.

It sounds like this is a tech issue anyway with others having the same issue.

I'll have to check my binds for emotes when I get home though because now I'm curious!

Although, I'm bias...have 3 of them on different servers and play loads of tf's with them.

Running my own tf. I love rad/rads, ill/rad, sonic anything and traps. But traps seem to be quite rare.

I would also cheer in on the /Dark. Sonic dampens damage and Dark debuffs. Good combo.

DP may be an interesting secondary as well.

I love my defenders. All of them

Each offers so many different play styles and team aide options.

I, after 4 1/2 years, am playing my first Emp! I chose Nrg as my secondary and so far, it has been a freakin' blast!! Binds set up and ready to roll those heals, cm's etc., it's a really different character style.

When I used to double account on a single box, I would use Desktop setting as well. It was there until a couple of years ago then disappeared. I think you have to use Windowed mode now.

I thought that nothing healed off of Phantom Army.

There's also a few selections under Options that will show all those items.

I would definitely show your friend the Options area as that's where graphic and volume changes are located, Key binds info and then general options for changing windows, chat etc.

As a friendly reminder, please make sure your friend Enables the option to be notified before being TP'd. Might save them aggravation at a later date.

I have a toon named Hero Ultima.

She was in red/white and blue with a round shield, stars down the sides of it with a U in the middle. Wings on the head and stars and a striped top. Never had a comment or issue with this char.

Erich Boom is my DP/NRG.

NRG - nice for kb when baddies move in too close.

Have a devices on Test that I quite like so maybe when GR is launched, I'll create a new blaster with that.

If you are lvl 10 on a lvl 50 team, can you possibly get a purple drop or will you get lvl 50 regular and IO non purple?

I have one of each in the 30's. Both with pet on the plant and earth side.

I like them both for different play styles.

When I'm in a back of the room sort of mood, I can play my earth/storm.

Up front and zooming around the room, my plant/storm.

They each perform very well in the circumstances that they're built for.

If I had to choose and delete one (a gun at my head would really be the only reason :P ) I'd have to get rid of my earth/storm and only because I have an earth/kin that I love more.

I have to disagree with Hasten. Claws recharge so quickly you're rarely down if at all. But I do understand the Fury build suggestion...

Taunt. I take taunt for the team mode but rarely use it solo as I have brawl and focus to punch-voke.

Just wondering which set you would match off with claws to comfortably battle AV's?

I'm currently working on WP, but have read that WP doesn't stack up well against the alpha (recovery wise) and that it's not the best for AV's all together.

So, which set would you wise people suggest?
