as far as i know, the healing nictus heals off of every player, pet, and NPC under player control within an 80 ft radius of the healing nictus

I figured as much. It bothers me when Doms or Trollers drop them in the middle of that fight and Rom's health bar fills right up.
Normally an awesome power but a DO NOT USE vs Romy (or Ghost Widow).
