Actually my intent was to play him as the child of a union between a Merrow (Scottish merfolk) and a fisherman. RP wise he'd refer to himself as Coune McRae, the name of his father but he'd learn his deceased mother's nature as Merrow and adopt it as his "hero" name.

Aquaman, when written by PAD or Dan Jurgens was an AWESOME character. Tragic, heroic, funny, arrogant, regal and barbaric all in one noble fish talking package

As for his look, I don't want an inhuman monster lol I'm thinking more a Changeling - half human half sidhe. Thinking light blue skin, white/green hair, spiked hands and rough leather with the scale pattern to simulate fiss skin-leather leggings.

I have an idea for a character based on a Scottish mythological creature that is aquatic but quite capable of living out of water too. Just wondered. Considered a FF/ defender or a Scrapper

I love KB. I don't know why. I know it annoys the HELL outta folks, but I love the idea of remotely tossing mobs around like ragdolls. I also have a deep rooted love for forcefields.

Which secondary would you recommend for the knockback effect? NRG? Or?

Personally I find the opposite to be the case. So far I've found Archery's differing animations much more varied than AR. I LOVE AR too, but my main gripe with it is I find the gun model used utterly hideous and devoid of charm, NOT because of its shape, but because of the 54 different colours used. I mean how many assault rifles are there with each additional weapon being in a different colour?

What was the set listed in the poll apart from the lightsaber wannabe and the potentially awful "shield"?

"No. He says this guy was different. Wore a hood 'n' all, but he seemed younger, fiercer. Says the Rikti were almost on him when the air was filled with arrows. Next thing he knows, the Rikti are all dead and this archer just nods at him before disappearing over a rooftop..."

"Yeah, but the Commisioner has wrote it off as another of that Crimson fella's acts of courage. Commisioner's got himself some wood over that crimson hood guy."

I too have longed for dual pistols ever since RPing with Vito Delsante on the original CoH Forum as part of his Pulp themed SG thread "The Midnight Society", cooler still was the knowledge that I was around when he dreamed up and drew this guy "Mister Mercury", a Shadow inspired government super agent who used his twn guns and quick wits to battle evils that threatened the good old US of A.

Nothing Man - an immortal former nazi unable to die but feeling every bullet until he had atoned for war crimes
The Enigma - The Invisble man turned intangible, seeking to make sense of his life by fighting injustice
The Red Crow - Me. A golden age caped hero trapped in the past.
We had other members as time went on, but that was the core....

So please oh please Devs, give us dual pistol blasters
