It goes on from there to discuss how Praetorians work. It says nothing at all about "new accounts can only start in Praetoria" which is what Frosty's talking about. -

I don't see a compelling reason for it. We all have character concepts that don't fit into the game mechanics. That doesn't mean the devs should waste time and money on useless projects that at best result in a very minor QoL for a small subsection of the player base.
If it's just for aesthetics, why bother?

Praetorians are neutral and have to go thru the first 20 levels making choices which will determine if they will become heroes or villains. Only heroes will have access to Paragon City, and only Villains will have access to the Rogue Isles. If they want to cross over then they'll need to go thru the fallen/redemption stuff or whatever that's called. -
If the OP is bothered by the rules violation then he should file a petition like he's supposed to and move on. Let the GM's handle it and issue rules warnings. If the clown persists he'll end up getting banned.
It doesn't do any good to confront the individual in question. The ones that would be grateful for the warning are few and far between. The rest know exactly what they are doing and will respond negatively when the issue is brought up.
Complaining about it on the forums will draw the trolls out of the woodwork and you'll get called a tattle tail and other such grade school names. -

Seriously, if every one of those day jobs you listed are already on the forum, why put them up here again?

All he's doing is reposting a list of names and places. He isn't making any effort to see if any already exist or overlap, He doesn't seem to be aware that earning a day job badge has an in game effect, or that when combined with other day job badges they form accolades that have an additional in game effect.
Until he gets his act together, does the research and posts something more than a list of names and locations this is a colossal waste of time. -

The OP needs to do a little research on what day jobs already exist so he doesn't duplicate ones that already exist and explain how what effects players will earn from the new ones he ends up suggesting. -

If you mean Game Manager's then that isn't their job. Game Managers resolve in game petitions. They don't have anything to do with advertising features.
If you mean Giant Monster's then that makes even less sense. Why would Lusca (A giant Octopus) be running a movie thether. (I'm guessing you mean theatre) Heck most GM's wouldn't even fit in a building like that. -

Rocket Boots are a costume piece you buy and craft that activate when you have Fly or Hover on.
Wall Crawling is not a travel power. Travel powers by definition are used to travel places very quickly.
All of your (the OP) posts are filled with mistakes. Usually spelling, grammar, punctuation, and a general lack of coherency. Those can be forgiven if English isn't your first language.

Why would they need firemen and trucks when they have super heroes that do it for them with less risk. Whenever a fire breaks out every hero receives a general "[FDPC] Fire Alarm sounded in Steel Canyon." message. It's a general alert calling all available heroes to assist.
Why should they bother with ambulances when the Emergency Medical Teleport system transports injured people directly to the hospital. -

I believe you need to register a valid credit card, or bank/atm card, or a game card. A time card isn't a game card.
Billing to a credit card/atm can be cancelled after registering the account and you won't be charged. The free time will expire at the end of 30 days. -

(There is a bit of self-fulfilling prophecy aspect to it, since every Dev team knows how badly such a move is seen by the MMO community, so they save it for an absolute last resort... such as when the game is already dying.)
