  1. Nothing wrong with my back, just don't stand in front of me with no pants on.

After the first few attempts tanking Recluse failed I knew I had to be at over 110% ranged defense. Purples were being mailed in and handed off like mad so at that point it was smooth like butter.

My point about the bubbler is that it makes it much safer. Without proper insp usage we were going to have a tough time tping into the 4 of them.

Here are the numbers on the FF alone:

    Maneuvers - 4.18%
    Deflection Shield - 18% S/L, Melee
    Insulation Shield - 18% F/C, N/E, Ranged and AOE
Dispersion Bubble - 12% All Defense, 11 mag hold protection

So the bubbler alone is adding 34% defense to all so everyone else would just need one purple or maneuvers from everyone would put them well over the top (another 6 maneuvers adds 24%).

The 11 mag hold protection should be good enough for everyone except GW and she may not be able to hit anyway with enough tohit debuffs on her.

Again, great job and we all come away from this learning a bit.

I learned that I'm more awesome now than ever before. Go me.
  2. Was it this video Hazy?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSoR7nq6b_g

Turned out they had a fire/ff helping so they had bubbles and the big bubble to help with stuns and such. And they had all maneuvers and I guess bubbles so they were probably defense capped. The winged dude was apparently a judge for some online radio contest.

You pulled it off with 6 fire rad controllers and one fire/rad corruptor.

    Great job.
  3. I can't spam LB anymore, I've been silenced for certain transgressions. **** LB, your'e the SHF! Git err done!
  4. 2 ways to approach this:

    1) Spam LB when you want to do this. People *should* get together for this without any notice.
    2) Pick a date and time period of say 2 hours to go and defeat a dropship, multiple dropships, etc. Ask the LB mods to advertise it. Ask the SHF to host the event, you'll get a good turn-out then.
  5. 9 or 90 it's just another auto-tuend piece of ****.

Edit: And wouldn't it be "I whip my hair back and forf"?
  6. My setup is similar. Exept I only have one monitor, one keyboard and one mouse. And I don't have a couch or a gaming chair.

  8. See my post here for the other driver issue I had. This has my dxdiag and hijackthis report. I had applied a driver patch as suggested.

    http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=243087

No more driver stopped responding issues but now I get this!
  9. Has anyone seen this before?

This happened ealier when I had logged into one account, clicked on the server and once at the selection screen hit back to go to the login screen.

Is this bad memory? A heat issue? A driver issue? This was the only problem. The game worked perfectly otherwise.

I assume the latest hotfix is cummulative? If it doesn't work I'll rollback to 10.8 or something.
  12. This happened twice in a single play session. The second time it happened I was in the last misison of an ITF and went to view another character's info.

The first time may have been when I went to view my own info but I don't remember.

I just upgraded my graphics driver this week and here's all the other relevant information.

Not a big deal since we got all the new badges from running the tip mission five times as a team, but still seemed odd.
There's a bug with getting costumes when teamed. You need to be the highest level on the team or the same level as the leader. Or solo.

The community decided they didn't want you, Sukothai. I'm sorry.
  15. No no Ukase, your response should've been:

"I think it would do the server a great service if you shut the hell up!"

That'd be a zinger and a good one.

As for the content of my posts, they're always funny. I can't be responsible if your sense of humor stinks. And my Richard Simmons voice isn't quite up to par even though I do have the gay thing down pat.

I think we should all remember this. GOD BLESS THE SISTERHOOD!

Edit: AND GOD BLESS HAZY TOO! AND HIS GARAGE! AND GOD BLESS MY BALLS!
  17. Calendar updates incoming!!!!! *KERSPLASH!*

    THANK YOU FOR HOSTING!

    *ahem*
  18. Liberty set the pace, really!?!?!? MAYBE THAT'S BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FIRST SERVER!

Liberty really set the pace on that tell me a story contest. WTG LIBERTY! WTFG.

    Oi vey.
  19. For those unsure about leading a team, start with leading one of the assault teams. For those it's a matter of getting everyone focused on your target and make sure enough people are throwing holds at the greens. It's not hard.
  20. 1) Yep. It's a quick and easy 53 merits with the right teams.
    2) Sure but I'd also like to see others lead. I also wouldn't mind playing an emp on one of these. I'm also bringing a permadom or 2 over so that'd be useful to help with the greens as well.

Only if you're part of that SG and they're not hidden. Click on the Supergroup text at the top of the chat window.

It'll show all members, last active date, etc.
  22. God bless the Sisterhood! **** the friends!

Wait, Yeti, you're a 40 yr old man! What are you doing in the SHF?

    SHENANIGANS! SHENANIGANS!!!!
