What about costumes that feature the shoulder panda? Do they qualify?
I suppose you could use them, don't know how well they will compare to actual panda costumes though

If I were the judge everyone one would have won because pandas are that awesome so I had someone else judge this event.

Aside from my silly entry, I've got to say I was stunned by the creativity. Liberty always surprises me in this regard, and I guess I should expect humor and entertainment from the players here. I think it was New Age Ronin who made a huge entrance with his Non Panda debut - Panda Poacher. I was laughing pretty hard when I saw that. All these pandas lined up, ready for the Poachers firing squad.
Very good entertainment, indeed. I'll try very hard to not be surprised this Sunday(sisterhood CC), if I can actually stay awake long enough to attend/watch/participate.

Hazy's Garage presents: Panda Power Costume Contest
Wednesday, October 27th, 2010

Please gather under the statue of Atlas in Atlas Park.
Each contestant will be judged on their costume and how adorable it is. You can make a panda costume as just a panda or you can dress the panda up anyway you want.
The prizes will be 150 mil for first, 100 mil for second, and 50 mil for third.
This was inspired by Nemu and other pandaminded folks in SHF.
