With Pain and Dark we shoud be fine, the last set could be either Traps or Kin, pick whichever, it doesn't really matter which. Also, I think we have Dark Blast already, and we lack Assault Rifle. Rifle puts out some VERY Good damage that we may need, so consider it a viable option.

Honestly, the initial blank slate that was brought up when I was first doing the costume had blue skin. It looked quite well with the black and deep wine.
Also suited the character being a mutant, as you specified for dark blast characters. -
Did you only want one of each type of corrupter or would it be acceptable to double-up on a particular secondary?

So Big Daddy, which sort of corrupter are you making? I think a pair of /dark corrupters would be pretty effective at flooring an enemies chance-to-hit. -
So in an attempt at summary, this change:

I don't know if this has been covered before, but is there going to be a way for custom critters to use an existing npcs powers?
For example if I want to make a boss with radiation melee, I could select:
[Powers]
-[NPC Powers]
--[Shivans]
---[Shivan Destroyer]
And that gives my custom critter all the powers that that NPC has and possibly the AI of that NPC critter as well. Of course this would also prevent me from adding a second powerset, but to do otherwise would likely mess up the critter anyway.
So just to repeat the question in case it was forgotten while reading the example; [u]Is there going to be a way for us to give a custom critter an existing npcs powers?[u] -

I thought of something else that might not have been mentioned yet and that could stand another look at.
/hide in pvp zones.
It's not a huge problem, (I might be wrong on that count) but it's definately an annoying one. Sometimes dedicated or 'hardcore' pvp'ers will set themselves on /hide just so that they are not listed in a pvp zone when someone tries using /whoall to get an idea of how many people are in a zone.
Of course some people might be using /hide as a method of reducing random team or supergroup invitation spams. It's not only the pvp'ers that do it.
It's just something that I've found niggling at me once in a while. -
I had a long post written up, but kept getting stuck for words.
So I'll be short,
I support the OP's ideas.
Except for the removal of the Siren's Call hotspot battles.
I like participating in those. It's fun helping out the Arachnos/Longbow and it makes me feel like more than a mere criminal or catcher of criminals.
It's really the only place where you can see and join in with largescale npc battles. -
My top 10.
1. PvP Flight improvement (or PvP jump nerf, perhaps increase number of -jump powers or make -jump as binary as -fly so that jump powers are detoggled and can't be retoggled for the duration of -jump)
2. Hero and villain combat is not balanced, especially in the 40+ game. The most popular suggestion is to open up a set of APP for villains and allow them to respec out of their patron pools to get those.
3. Fury does not build as intended.
4. If you are killed, youll sometimes get a bounty dot on the map where you died. This can lead to having multiple dots on the map and being unable to distinguish your true bounty.
5. The lack of meaningful rewards discourages people from participating in zone PvP.
6. A player can do most of the damage to another player and still get no reward if an off team player kill steals him. Award partial credit for Bounty based on damage, as is done for XP when 2 different unteamed players defeat a mob on the street.
7. Villains have no access to ally grantable +perception in Sirens. Switch the order of sonic repulsion and clarity.
8. People often have to reset matches multiple times to get an acceptable map. Add selectable maps, as well as the ability to eliminate maps from the selection while still having a random pick.
9. When more than one team of heroes or villains is in the zone, they have no way to communicate and plan an assault without the opposing side hearing. Make request faction side only.
10. Very few people use the arena on live because of the lack of competition there, while test server arena is filled with people. Allow the arena to be cross-server. -
I liked it a lot, although I'll have to agree with Solos comment regarding the cutting at every attack. Quite distracting
