Didn't see it in the "known bugs" but it's a very commonly known about bug. The chat bug.

Basicly this is what happens. Team leader sends tells, invite people and moves around using wsad keys. I'm not sure in what order it has to be done but sometimes the wsad will leak as text in the tells or general team text.

Basicly it would be nice to have some kind of "strike force wish board" where basicly you post which strike force you want to do. Offers would expire after you outlevel your offer or you set a time limit for it. This would help create strike forces or respec teams because most people don't look for those activly but would sometimes like to go on one. Sure you could send tells but that does not always work.

Just a thought.

I'd like to point out that at the time of the servers going down (2:45ish eastern) the red text said to look at the forums for more info. I did and that anouncment wasn't up.

It should have been in anouncments. As i take it there wasn't something specificly adressing todays downtime.

How about inside a spaceship factory
or a huge hotel or restaurent
or a grocery/pharmacy
or a hospital
or a train/subway station

i'm sure there's more that could be though of by the big brains out there.

I didn't look into the sets much because all i really needed was recovery as is. I mostly 3 slot it with 25 io end mod.

As for wasting their time here, it's all a matter of perception. If you knew all about this there might be little content for you but keep in mind the world is not limited to your own very little person.

This last update sums up stamina to the best of my knowledge, feel free to chip in anything i would have missed.

This is a guide on how to get stamina without having to devote every powers from 16 to 20 to the fitness pool.

What it does:

Stamina boosts your endurance recovery. It's very interesting if you're running multiple toggles or if you don't want to bother to slot end reduction in most of your powers. It lets you run whatever it is you do, longer.

Who doesn't need it:

Some powersets like regeneration and willpower have built in stamina. Those powerset's stamina like ability is sufficient to run decently just about any build. Masterminds may like to let the pets do the job and woudn't use most of their endurance. (Honestly there's a secondary pool which is begging to be used but i'm not about to tell you how to play your toon).

Running without stamina:

If you want to save your power slots for primaries and secondaries you'll probably have to look into a solution to the end drain. You could slot your attack powers and toggles with one or two end reduction SO. Keep in mind the biggest end drain is your attack powers. Before 22 (SO), you'll be shorter on enh slots and might want to devote them to something else like attack rate and or damage. This playstyle requires a lot of resting but is playable.

How to get it:

To get stamina you have to be level 20 and have 2 powers in the fitness pool. Most characters have a few powers they'd like to skip on early in their path to 50 so this is what i suggest. Before level 14 devote one power to a travel pool and 2 power slots to get swift and hurdle from the fitness pool. This method opens up upper tier powers which you might want instead of lower ones.

Apparently i'm not team leader, on a team of one. Which is sort of strange.

I'm so sorry your little game has bugs in it. I'm really sad to bring this up because it would involve someone doing hard, painful work to fix this.

if you make a bind with: (/bind lshift+enter s "hi") it will bind the same thing to rshift. If you don't specify rshift or lshift the bind string gets corrupted.

If you make a bind like : (/bind lshift+enter beginchat "/petsay_all <em >") the string gets corrupted because of the '<' and '>'. remove those and it works fine.


AND i bugged this already. I don't like how you tell me "thanks AGAIN for your report" Do your freaking job and fix this game, don't give me crap because it's not working. My bug report doesnt show up on the active petitions. I am saving this to file and if you delete it again i'll find someone HIGHER than you to send it to.

This thing is about Stamina beeing nerfed with ED right? What about travel powers?

We got a nice end discount but what about the other things that were just nerfed for no apparent reason. If there actually is a reason for me needing to travel slower plz enlighten me. There might be other things like travel powers but i can't think of any.

The game is a grind, it's its nature. Now we'll have to escort hostages too which is even more of a grind. You're so full of you balencing stuff well balence this: bad=nerf good=nothing.

Making 50 without powerleveling dosen't make you beter than anyone. You play the game the way you like it and you shoudn't make other ppl play it your way cuz they're paying for their own personal gaming experience. Btw none of the stuff you quoted is in here.

All i want is to try the new archtypes. Powerleveling is the best way to get there, i don't care about beeing 50.
