So, after seeing lots of art from really skilled folks in this forum, I've decided to make a few sketches myself. Bare in mind I'm a total rookie. Just doing this for fun
Thunderbeing, my E^3 blaster.
Dreams be dreams
I did try to color it on Photoshop but.. I gave up after 5mins. -
I likes. Good job

That sums up a Fire/Rad's way of ninja. CC is good on melee trollers. -
Typing debuff. Think I meant "bother"? Cba to fix it now. Anyway, you know what I meant.

Yay! Thanks a ton, DD
I might bugger ya with some more requests in the future
Cheers!

My experience with Stormies is all on troller side. In my mind, Storm just works best when paired with immobs, extra stuns, knockdowns, holds, etc. My Earth/Storm is, hands down the very best Stormie I've played so far. I was hoping you guys convince me playing a Defender this time.
Any sweet combos you'd recommend? Thanks.
Edit: PvE wise -
This should be a fine PvE build. No purples included, awesome positional defence and good resistance numbers.

Some people prefer GFS over Incinerate. Myself, I like Incinerate better as it's more endurance friendly and the damage is nearly as good.
Hasten is only a filler really. It's good to pop when you're facing tough foes (say Nems, DE, Rularuu)or during AV battles. It's not something you need to put on auto whatsoever. You could also ditch Hasten and go for Acro (saving yourself the trouble of getting KB IOs). -
I understand why you want all this, but sending a tell asking for invite works a charm. I like option A tho.

Why do people write this? What the blue blazes do you know about how easy it is to code this?
[/ QUOTE ]
No need to be such a nitpicker. I'm comparing to the complexity of most suggestions I read in this section.
[ QUOTE ]
Well, this does encourage people to team constantly with only other team mates. It probably isn't elitist, but it does promote exclusivity.
[/ QUOTE ]
It really doesn't.
[ QUOTE ]
Not signed. Adds nothing to the game aside from even faster levelling.
[/ QUOTE ]
This suggestion has nothing to do with experience. It might end up speeding the xp rate tho, since you'll be teaming with your fellas who actually care bout teamplay. -
Cooperation
Grants a small prestige bonus per SG mate in team.
This shouldn't be too hard to implement. It's basically a way to reward those who play a lot with their SG folks. As for the percentage of bonus, I'd go with something like this:
Total of SG members in team
% Prestige bonus
1 = 0%
2 = 5%
3 = 8%
4 = 13%
5 = 17%
6 = 21%
7 = 25%
8 = 30%
Whaddya think?
Edit: Obviously, if one of the members isn't in SG mode, the bonus is null. Say in a team of 8 SG members, two of them aren't in SG mode then the bonus would be 21%. -
Blizzard is all kinds of awesome. Ranged nuke (LoS not required), with slow and KD components. Plus, if you think about it its the only Nuke with no "real" cap limit.
As Ice/MM you might not need it, but I really enjoy it - specially when tank decides to herd or some Scrapper decides to overaggro and ends up thanking me for saving his butt).
The recharge is the same than the other nukes btw (bar RoA and FullAuto). -
Power Boost increases the duration of your control powers (holds, stuns, immobs, knockback, etc) and increases the amount of healing (either self or target heal), defence buff/debuff (Fortitude, Freez Rain, FF bubbles, ...), endurance recovery (from powers like AM), etc.
Primal Mastery would be a great choice for your Ill/rad. I can't tell you which EPP you should go with your Stormie since I find them all quite handy - Primal for PB + FR goodness and end management; Fire for extra aoe damage, Ice for extra control and panic button (hibernate); Psi for mezz protection and decent AoE option; and Earth for +HP or self heal for critical moments, nice PbAoE and good ST ranged attack. -
<QR>
From my understanding, only the heal part isn't welcome. For the so called PvP vets, take it easy. Don't go trash talking bout someone - the almighty Castle - who dedicated too much of his own damned time working on this game, trying to make it better and better.
It's easy to be a critic instead of coming up with a better solution. -
With multi-builds coming, I can finally introduce myself to PvP. I couldn't b arsed to have a toon built specificaly for PvP and not enjoying it to its max in PvE. So here I am, asking you exp'd PvPers for decent arena/RV zone PvP combo. I'll b most likely soloing or duoing.
ATs I'd like to play with: Troller, Defender
Type of PvP: High lvl zones and Arena (both either solo or duo)
I do have a few combos in mind, but as my PvP experience is minimal, I'd rather listen to your opinions first.
Thanks in advance. -

While I do understand that PBU does great things for all of my debuffs (...) it doesnt affect -res
[/ QUOTE ]
I think it affects -res debuff time. If not, PBU is still better than any Psi Mastery power imo. I'm currently editing my Sonic/Sonic build so I can't really export you a new build atm but here's what I suggest:
Get rid of Vengeance and get acrobatics. Take off your KB IOs and use those slots to put Devastation hold proc in both Shriek and Scream. Those are very fast cycling attacks, so the hold proc is up quite often. Add in PBU and it only gets better.
Also, a Gaussian chance for BU in tactics works like a charm. -
Problem solved. It was spyware. Thanks lads

I was able to connect 5 mins ago (I haven't changed a thing). Then I got DC and now I can't connect again. Must be my ISP.
