ON the plus side, Zwilly, in one of the coffee talks, has said that they know that EM is in dire need of a buff/boost/re imaging.
On the down side, they have said that there are no immediate plans for this buff/boost/re imaging to happen.
It is like "yes, we know it is broken, but we need to form a council to form a board to form a committee to form a consensus to think about looking in its general direction". It is like something out of an English comedy. -

As far as the Glad Proc (tp pro/3% def) not a bad idea. I will have to price it. The toon has the money (I've been playing for 7+ years), but I was hoping to use some of that to build other toons. I will see what I can do, though.

It is worth noting that I pretty much never solo (Girlfriend also plays, if I am on, most likely she is on as well), and this toon is a level 50, and don't really wander into DA unaccompanied. Solo play is less of a concern. I will try to do a write up of his current build, so I can give a good compare and contrast. -

I factored in his Alpha, as he already has it. I didn't use any purple/PVP IOs, as those tend to cost a lot. Same goes for the AT-IO. Let me know what you think. Any tweaks would be appreciated. -
First and foremost, Super Strength has A LOT of knock back... This is not usually a good combination.
Secondly, you have a lot of PVP, Purples and AT enhancements on this build. Those are quite expensive. Do you already have these? Do you have the money to make this happen? -
Here is something I created for you. Perma-hastened, and (when you pop SoW) caps Resistance for Smashing/Lethal. I avoided Purples and the ATIOs, for cost reasons.

I really like the Red Fortune Damage and Recharge buff. In addition, the boost to Ranged defense isn't bad. Plus, they tend to be one of the less expensive sets to get your hands on (Not cheap by any means, but still, not as bad as others).
Just realized I made a goof in your build, if you take that second slot off of True Grit and put it on Weave, with a red fortune, you will put your ranged def. at 44.9%. -
I've soft-capped AOE and Melee defense. Range is close to soft cap.
The build is a little end heavy, but should work. Fly, as requested.
I also left one power option open. Didn't know what to put in there.

I am trying to avoid all Purples/PVPIOs, for cost reasons.
My thinking behind this build, high resistance to Psionic, cap resistance Smashing and Lethal, and give him a high Regeneration, and he should survive. The only forseeable problem is that the build is a little slow.
Any advice? Any improvements?
