Think about it...you might have a power, "body slam" let's say....sure that works on a Hellion (works as in looks right/etc) but...how do you use that power on...the Kronos Titan (the Giant Monster one...or any GM)? The animations just wouldn't be right (unless they did all animations for every creature that is bigger/smaller than the standard 6 foot tall NPC/mob). -

As far as new powersets...some have been mentioned already but here I go:

* A psi weapon set. Basically a powerset that is for melee ATs (possibly for Doms/Defenders too) where your toon's mind "summons" weapons and attacks using them...but not actually moving physically. Maybe this would be good for a power pool set.
There have been other suggestions that I pretty much agree with...some power proliferation would be great. -

No...it's not so much that BABs said, "soon"...it's that he said, "VERY soon". For me when I see "soon" from the devs I'm thinking 1-3 months...I saw VERY capitalized and was like, "oh maybe today/tonight?!" then..."maybe tomorrow?" then "ah crud...probably a month from now." :/ :P

Was hoping the Saints/Cardinals game was going to be a better/more entertaining match up but...*shrugs*
I'd like to see either team on the NFC side go to the SB and win but...I'm picking the Saints to win.
AFC side...I'm picking the Colts to win...I'll be rooting for the Jets but..just don't see them beating the Colts when the Colts are actually playing and not lying down. -

Just do a /petition in game (or go to ncsoft's site and do an email on their site/fill out their 'questionnaire')...I had an issue with it last month and got it resolved within 1-2 days.

Well I know that when I was IO'ing out my Fire/Earth Assault Dom. about 1-2 months ago, Basilik's Gaze recipes were quite expensive (don't remember exact amount but definitely in the millions). BotZ KB procs are all 100 mil + (all lvl ranges, from lvl 10 to 50) which actually kind of made me sad a little bit since I need 2 KB procs on my one hero to complete him...if only there was a way to transfer those merits to live :P

I would sign this....I wouldn't mind seeing more/varied inspirations
I would also like to see a +recharge inspiration. Obviously it wouldn't be anything like +20% rchg but...something...1-5%.
I'd also like to see the ability to 'transform' a 3rd tier inspiration into 2 medium tiered inspirations of the same kind as well as the ability to take a medium inspiration and turn it into 1 small inspiration of the same kind. Just kind of annoying when you need to combine some inspirations for an awaken/something else and you have 1 large, 2 medium and 1 small of various inspirations. -

As you can see it's definitely not an even weight. I only got 3 of some where I got 30+ of others. Interesting, no?
I just did a quick scan...the recipe that I only got 3 of out of 500, was the Theft of Essence: Acc/End/Rech ones. Now looking at it, I only got the Acc/End/Rech recipes when I clicked every 10 secs...never got one when I clicked as fast as I could....hmmm...going to see if that's the case with others that I got very few of.
The Debilitative Action proc is also I got 3 of, and I did get one when I clicked as fast as possible...but the other 2 when clicking every 10 seconds.
I got a total of 4 of the Cacophony: Acc/Confuse/Rech recipes and got all 4 when clicking as fast as possible...never every 10 secs.
I got a total of 5 of the Cloud Senses: Acc/End/Rech recipes and got 3 when clicking every 10 secs, 2 when I clicked as fast as possible.
I seriously doubt clicking as fast as possible vs every so often (10 secs or less than that) matters but it is interesting to see stuff like that. -

I will say I ran out of merits after the 24th roll...so I logged that char out and logged in another random villain that had 9999 merits and rolled the last recipe....which was the Neuronic Shutdown: Acc/Hold/Rech -
I also would be curious if there is any effect if you click the roll button really fast or just on a more leisurely basis.

If you want purely merit farming (not caring about recipe drops/etc), "The Horror of War" arc is nicely farmable. I do that arc with either my scrapper or my dominator in ~30 mins or so (scrapper is a bit faster) and get 18 merits. No logging out and waiting for a timer.
Granted both of those characters of mine are 'IO'ed out' for the most part. The 'hard part' is defeating 5 EBs solo, if your toon can do that, then you can do the arc. The 5 EBs are Silver Mantis (really the hardest to defeat), Hro-Dtozh (however you spell it) and Nemesis; oops, also there is the Manticore automaton EB and the Positron automaton EB.
Hero side there is the "Division: Line" arc that gets you 33 merits...I did that in 1 hour and 8 minutes...I could probably get that down quite a bit (first time through I was seeing where it took me (zone wise) and what not...now knowing it has lots of icky travel times I could drill that down by using mission tp, etc). -

I lolled at the 6 merits for the 72 reward. That's cute, but I'm not sure how it works. Is it a one time bonus of 6 whole merits as you claim the reward or do you get +6 merits every time you get merits? I suspect the former, but hope springs eternal for the latter.
If it's like the 60 month reward then it's just a flat 6 merits per character. The 60 month was a flat 5 merits per character.
Still kind of wanted the 5% bonus to be an extra 5% bonus (meaning 15% boost instead of 10%)....don't see the big deal. *shrugs*
