Some grav thorn dom challenges me(loses and tells me to fight his ice/fire dom (which supposely is fully slotted for range fights). Last second before match he tells me that toon isn't ice fire... ( for matter of fact i played dark/cold on this matches and din't use it for months except that one fight vs divine)

So yeah, my dark/cold uses Heat Exhaustion and attacking people 20 sec after respawn is ganking. -
You need hiber, since you don't have acess to any other healing powers :/ I got 5 /colds sooooo...I wouldn't go for phase shift on sonic/cold, because all you would have would be respites. Also, PB'ed debuffs won't do much since it all gets DRed pretty badly. Sharks hold does like 500-700 dmg with scourge rightly slotted ..<_<

It is not that huge bug but it seems that any coh page (but US version one) is unaviable and when you hit community bar nothing happens. To reach boards i had to use boards.citypfheroes.com etc. Is it still due page maintenance?

That is why i don't PvE. PvE is really not THAT hard but every time once in a while i feel weird urge to team up with randoms and do some missions i end up explaining ppl game mechanis and how to play this game... bleh

Soooo...i didn't play for a while, some tanker yesterday challenges me on AP map and tells me not to run. I spent whole match sitting under the globe watching him running in circles around the map trying to drop my rad toggles while countinuisly spamming "RUN MORE" on bcast. Is it new way of FC o.o?

Fixed. It said ED, ED and DR are separate. Nothing was ever mentioned about them ignoring DR.
Edit: Can't test because alpha slot was disabled even for those who unlocked and slotted it, but I doubt it affects DR at all. -
