The fact that it's one of my first toons to be PvP viable that I find fun to play is a nice added bonus that I love so much.
My DB/WP hurts to play alot of times.

Why do you monitor healing? Isn't it tohit debuff proc? Just change to combat log window and keep debuffing targets tohit, eventually it will fire off saying something like: You debuffed <target>'s recovery rate.

Sadly, troller doesn't deal much dmg so your only fighting route would be disable your target and "slowly" kill them.
I would slot troller's attacks with procs (since those are unresistable and trollers actually have high spectre of which dmg procs they can slot). In generall i also try to get high rech time on colds; since you don't have heal you need HL to slow enemies and benumb to kill their dmg otherelse you won't live long :/ But it is personal opinion.
Last note: you won't see much from ice cold troller till high level. Like for most troller it is where they start to "bloom". -

yeah, used to pvp a lot in RV but AS/sharking tanks/scraps gets very fast boring; bringing debuffer does help some but sadly all you can do with TS and DR HD bs on is trowing 1-2 debuffs, maybe 1-2 attacks and hibernate, since you can't evade, can't heal and can't even do as much dmg as scraps/tanks do :/ If there is at least 1-2 half downy psi em in zone it is not even worth to bring anything w/o high survivability.
On hero side i wouldn't even bother bringing anything but blaster (well, i don't play scraps/tanks, every time i play my brute i already feel like my IQ drops down) cuz w/o heals you can survive only so much vs sharks and doms. Bring a tanker and unless you are very bad you can make it from vill base to hero base w/o dying even if 8 man team is attacking you. Balance in my a**. -
