Fun fact: standing next to a tower (on its base) counts as having a foe next to you for the purpose of raising your DEF. It also, for some reason, makes Recluse go bonkers and he rarely uses any attacks. He runs around, gets in range, throws a melee attack, runs around, tries a ranged attack, comes back... it's almost like having a slow on him because he doesn't know how to hit someone 4 feet above him. Also, if you have a Kin or Dark supporting you, it makes it easier for them to heal you because they can heal off the tower and not Recluse.

The ONLY thing you have to worry about is too many banes, and/or Recluse getting a braincell and spamming Chaingun (which he rarely does... but when he does, it hurts. A lot)

Is thinking of ways to exploit the system the first thing you ever think of when the patch notes come out? =P

Minor bug: Flying/hovering and then doing /em WallLean or "AssumeThePosition makes it difficult to perform other emotes (such as say, touchscreen).

Other than that (and a few missing items as noted above), things seem to be working pretty good!

That's 100% correct. Being killed no longer resets your timer unless, for some implausible reason, getting killed earns you rep.

Hopefully this'll see a few more people getting PvP IOs, though I doubt the effect will be too large (after all, someone constantly getting killed still won't earn the IO anyway =P)

Besides, given the drop rate, the most often you'd get one is once every five minutes anyway, so I don't think it's a terribly huge deal.

Though they ought to increase the drop rate anyway so that an hour of PvP will net you SOMETHING.

1: SP is worth getting for the debuff IF you have room for it. It's a bit of and end hog, and casting it too much can bottom out your end bar.

2: It gives good resistance and can free a teammate from mez effects. It's worth having if your team forgets to bring any other form of mez protection.

3: I've tried going stamina less on my Mind/Kin, and, while it took getting a good amount of +recovery IO sets, it's very doable. Just make sure to add a good amount of recharge to the power so that it's up when you need it.
