The last few I spent working.
No work this time. And I'm doing school work ahead of time. I'm PLAYING!
-
From what you have listed I really like
Eletric Hammer and Ball and Chain for offensive
Willpower and Vibration for defensive
I would LOVE to see whips, chain, things of that nature. -
So.. who is who, other than mine, cause I know who they are.
-
She's not wearing a skirt. That, my friend, is my main and my global name sake. It's tights. She does look a little bottom heavy, but hey, so am I!
-
So who is the lucky chick with her hand on Crone's thigh?
-

Today's ink is Mistress Night.
(I will have family home the whole next week, plus I'm going back to work, so I may not post as much pieces as I would like, I hope I'll be fully back here in mid January)
[/ QUOTE ]Awesome. Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it. -
NPG....
You rock!
My girls look great. I love Electra like that. It's beautiful! I can't wait to see the finished peice. -

the women sitting (at the bottom of the pic) looks great! i dont no what it is about her but my eye was kinda drawn to her. looks like a very good start!

That is (I'm pretty sure anyway!), Ele's main, Electraflame, in anime form! I love it too, really captures her personality in a style I hadn't even thought about. Easily my favorite of the three depicted. You can see her in traditional comic book style here along with her alt, Crimson Crone (who should be the deviant looking lady to the left in NPG's wonderful piece.
)
And yay for volunteers! I promise to be gentle!

And the other chick standing beside him on the right is Mistress Night. She can also be seen here and here. -

That's me! -
There has been some time since I last posted in this thread, so I'm going to do it again.
Smoke: Of course. He's a dedicated leader and always willing to drop whatever he's doing to help someone. He goes out of his way to find information and wants to be involved in everything, eventhough it's not possible. He makes builds for OTHER peoples characters in his spare time, just because they ask. He always has a plan.
Talia: We became friends somewhere along the way and I adore her. She's another person who will team with whomever, whenever. She knows a lot and we've had many, many AT, tactics, combination conversations and she always has something intelligent to say.
Bonita: She's a member of my SG and not someone found on these forums. But she is a sweet, sweet person who does her
best to make everyone happy, even if it isn't what she wants to do, because it's the nice thing to do. She's ALWAY positive no matter what and she often makes me smile. She's also an inspirational person because she, like me, is a mother of three who is very involved with her family. She makes time for everyone and I don't know how.
There are two other members of my SG that suprised me. The first is Spine Tree. He's a bit of a lone wolf and sometimes annoying, but his personal values, for someone his age, put me in awe. The second is Aximili. He is hard working under appreciated. They are both really good guys, steady in their goals, and an example of the rare brand of youth who's vision is more important than their status.
And finally, my entire SG, The Crimson Sun. You guys keep me here. I'd have taken a break or left long ago but you guys make we want to stay. I love you guys! Really. Sometimes you get a group of people that just work. And this is one of those groups. The leadership of this group is nothing compared to it's members. -

Hmmm.... Tabula Rasa. I may actually have to check this thing out now.

Hmmm
This was my first MMO ever and I didn't know a damn thing. The first person I teamed with was an EMP healer Shocker- and a DA/DM scrapper Peanutz. They invited me to their SG after a few times teaming and I eventually took over. They recently both stopped playing, but they made me feel comfortable learning. I didn't feel stupid when I teamed with them.
However, I learned all my tactics and skill from my husband. I really started to enjoy the game more when we bought a second computer and started playing together. It really made it much more fun and I learn to play better in teams.
Along the way I've met some dedicated players that play not for exp, but just to spend time with friends. The Lostlamps are another SG of friends I have. They moved to Virtue with the release of I4 and now the Witless Protection Program. They make it easy to just have fun. -
SG Name: The Crimson Sun
SG Leaders: Smoke Signal, Electraflame
SG Website: Thecrimsonsun.net (Under Construction - As one of our members works on it part time between work projects)
SG Recruiters: See above commanders and captains offer referrals.
Teamspeak/Ventrillo server: Yes, but shared upon admission.
SG peak hours: I'd say the most ovbious busy times are evenings and weekends as a lot of our members are in the states and work your basic 9-5 job. However we have plenty of members in other countries and working odd hours that are on throughout the day and night. In fact, two of our commanders are night owls.
Other Info: We've been here almost as long as the game has. We started as a simple group of friends and have grown enormously, revamped a couple times, and now are a large SG. We have regular events nearly everyweekend and team frequently as an SG outside of those events. Our events are everything from TF's to missions grinds to PVP tourneys. Our main objective is to get together and have a good time.
We have three SG's. One for our Main character, this is The Crimson Sun, and also the place where any new recruits might be placed. The next is The Crimson Sun Deux where we place our alts, each person is allowed up to three alts at this time. The third is The Crimson Sun Elite, which is the place meant for our level 50's and Kheldian characters. (At this moment there is discussion of rearranging the different groups to be level based, but it is not yet an actuality)
We have several resources provided at this time. An SG website and forum are available and use of this forum is a requirement (a fairly new rule being implemented). You will need to be registered before admission into the SG. We have a teamspeak server available. Use is requested and recommended but not required. Using it, however, makes team play a lot more fun and simple. We have a global channel, The Crimson Sun, for our various groups to communicate, even when there on a none SG toon.
Other requirements include an inactivity limit of NO MORE than 20 days. At which time you will be kicked and sent an email stating why. Also, we have an SG costume required BY LEVEL 20. Specifics for this costume are posted on our forums.
Respect and courtesy are expected and any instance where is is not used will be addressed immediately.
We are a sarcastic group of people, we joke around a lot and take jabs. So being able to handle that kind of behaviour is strongly suggested. Anything else you might need to know please send a tell to @smokesignal or @electraflame, and we'll be happy to help you.

Bummer, I had a really long post there. However, I'll do my best to re-create the info.
SG Name: The Crimson Sun
SG Leaders: Electraflame, Smoke Signal, Shocker-, and Peanutz
SG Website: www.thecrimsonsun.com (currently a work in progress).
SG Recruiters: See Leaders*
Teamspeak/Ventrillo Server: Yes, but undisclosed at this time.
SG Peak Hours: We generally have someone on all the time, but most players are on at night.
Other Info: We have been around about a year and are still growing. We currently have three SG's. The Crimson Sun is the original SG were all of our mains are. There is one toon per person in this SG. It is pretty full, but there are several spaces open. The second SG is The Crimson Sun Deux were each person is allowed up to three toons but most people have one. Finally, we have The Crimson Sun Elite which is reserved for our level 50 characters and Kheldians.
We have an inactivity limit. After 30 days you will be kicked and have an email sent to you stating why. We understand that things happen such as a comp breaking or being on vacation or losing your account for a short period of time, so if you find you will be back on and active again we are glad to have you back. If you are aware that an inactive period is coming up and you notify us, this rule will not apply to you.
A different rule is in effect for catains of the group. We believe captains should be THE most active players. If a captain passes 10 days of inactivity they will be demoted at the next log in. After that the above rule applies.
We have a message board that you can find at the website. The website is fairly simple at this point and we're looking for someone who knows how to do web design to make it cooler. But, for now it's functional and serves it purpose. It also has a link to a screen shots moblog, and the SG email which is, thecrimsonsun@gmail.com.
We want active, and preferably skilled players, who are sarcastic, since that is how we communicate, and just love to play.
We demand that everyone is respectful to every other person. If there is a problem, commanders reserve the right to kick anyone for disrespectful conduct.
We team a lot. We have regular events, generally every weekend. We do TF's and whatever else. We have officers meeting once a month, usually.
We are currently recruiting. We are still growing and soon will be re-vamping some of our guidelines. At that point I will update this post. If you are interested and think you will fit in this SG please contact one of the commanders, send an email to the SG email, or send an in game email to one of the commanders.

Boy you reeeallly want us to do those missions don't you?
If you are going to encourage missions that much you really need to look at a complete revamp of some of the hazard zones like Faultline/Boomtown. These areas look great but just aren't used at all. If the 2 or 3 Faultline missions were removed, I wonder how long it would take before anyone noticed that Faultline zone was offline? The only thing Boomtown is good for is Troll Bosses (yes it is better than the Hollows). These areas need to be rethought.
One strong suggestion: Pull the existing missions out of one of them and it level 45 non-hazard zone. PI is way too over crowded and nobody wants to go to Zulu with me lol. Make a Carnie area.
[/ QUOTE ]
I agree. I think there should be a PI 2 or something. It's pretty much the only place higher level heroes go and it's lagalitious. I never thought of a seperate Carnie area. That's a good idea. Maybe an abandoned carnival ground like the missions you get with them?
Firebase Zulu.. was really cool at first glance. Then trying to get through those geyser things just made me mad. I'll probably do it with flying characters and that's it. But I think the zone LOOKS cool. -
Yes, that would be blasters
My Controller doesn't die much either. She has Imps to fight for her and bubbles to protect her. SO I hardly ever die. But when I was working up my blaster I might have died two or three times a day. Sometimes not, but in high levels that's a lot of debt and it takes a while to work it off.
