  1. That's some great ideas there OP. Doubt it'll happen any time soon, but its certainly something worth crossing your fingers for!
  2. What to say..? Just as confusing as the other one! I guess it's just me, but a little explanation always works.

-Right, so from the moment you started the arc, you were being manipulated into killing civillians?
-And the fog just made you think they were zombies?
-But then after you find out that they're people, who do you keep attacking them?

Also, if you were being manipulated by the mother, then why would she send you out to get her child, while the other hero who's (I think) working for her, kills her?

Anyways, it well deserves 5 stars, but it did leave me a bit confused and guessing in the dark.

  3. More stuff to buy with the VG merits works. Though I doubt they'll add anything anytime soon. Seeing as we have a whole new world right around the corner (GR). I would like to see it though, in the future.
  4. Personally, I like listening to The Cape Radio while playing. Would fit a character I have in mind perfectly.
  5. Thanks for the quick replies guys! Woah, that's quite a story. Can't wait to find out once Going Rogue comes out.

  6. I'm getting confused here. The CoH comic books show Praetorian earth as this desolated, destroyed earth, while the trailer shows it as this amazing looking city where the work is being done by Clockwork.
The Going Rogue page tells of Tilman and Aurora joining spirits and doing good for all
    psychics out there
, but the comic shows her as this madwoman who turns people into drones.

So, is this just another Praetorian Earth, with the same characters, just in a diffrent setting? I'm starting to lose track.

  7. Two things would be nice. Being able to place down written plaques and putting down statues.

For statues, i guess we can already use the ingame ones (check AE editor, it shows them somewhere.) I would have said that having custom statues would be impossible, then again. This game seems to like and take that one extra step where other mmo's wouldn't.
  8. Oh! That's a perfect picture! Nice one!
  9. I decided to do the Twilight's Son tf and managed to solo all of it, except for the last boss. Well finding out I really couldn't beat him, I decided to abandon the tf, for it won't let me for some reaon.

The contact tells me I dropped the mission, but it's still there. While I have it I can't do any other missions so I'm kinda stuck.

    Can anyone help me out?

  12. Cool vid. Hope you get a good grade for it!
  13. Congratulations! and let me know when your next masterpiece is out, and I'll give it a shot.
  14. I just saw this thread, and it only seems fair to give you a review about Teen Phalax Forever!

I tried this mission for the first time when I just arrived in Atlas. Now I guess this would be obvious, Vazhalok gave me a good smacking. I left the mission alone for a while and tried again at level 27.

Now seeing as I'm still pretty new too the game, I don't know if there is a real cannon Teen Phalax or not, but I thought that the layout of the group (character, powers, looks) was fantastic.

I'm not too picky about little exp, if in return I get a good story out of it, and I sure did! The AE mechanics were used in their full right, making for some great missions. (Loved the Camera duty in the TP base.)
I also really liked how Baby started calling the Freaks sick for eating his lunch, after you just ate it.

There was one thing I would have loved and that was instead of having:
World of Clockwork, it would be World of Clockcraft. But that's just me.

Last, but not least. I loved how you play a junior version of yourself (sidekick).

In overall, a very enjoyable story arc, and one that's certainly worth it's 5 stars.

If you are interested, why not give my story a shot? The link's in my description. Although it seems like a pretty dark subject at the start, it's in overall pretty lighthearted. Arc is mostly made for telling a story, and I've been looking for feedback.

-Maps are mostly small or medium, with plenty of progression per map. (You complete an objective and it triggers events.)

-Plenty of enemies, from custom to standard. Plenty of descriptions and clues giving you a bit of background info.

-A Architect Souvenir that gives you a readback, as well as the final option of the story. So be sure to give it a read.

Edit: "Quote: "That's it for (formal) reviews from me, for the time being. Thanks everyone, for all your support! "

Oops, seems I'm too late! Well hope you still like my tiny review of TPF.
  15. I think that´s a great idea! A collab of architectures!
  16. Hey there, I was just fighting Warriors and noticed they have a hoplite like image on their jackets.

Is it possible to get these as players? Maybe unlock them or something? I couldn't find them when making a character.

    The World Reborn

Who is going to save mankind, if not you?

In The World Reborn you play as a person who has lost all hope for
humanity. Starting out small, you work your way up to power and
eventually find out, just how far you are willing to go to "save" humanity.

    Name: The World Reborn
    Maker: @El Bellaco
    Arc : #407448
    Lenght: 5 Missions
Tags : Save/Rule the World (depending on your vision), Custom Enemies, as well as standard enemies.

  19. I've been enjoying doing AE missions for a few weeks now. Sure, some are pretty bad. Enemies are too hard, story doesn't make sense and so forth.

However I've played a few jewels amongst them. And not only HoF and Dev Choice ones. For me, the story of a AM is most important.

A few tips I think would do wonders:
1- Have contests (From what I've read Dr. Aeon used to do that?)
2- Ask Off the Cape to promote a story arc in their podcast.
3- Ask Cape Radio & Rogue Radio to put out a ad on air.

    (2: http://offthecape.com/)
    (3: http://thecaperadio.com/ & http://www.roguesradio.com/index.php)

I already suggested Off the Cape to post their fav. AE mission on their thread over at Multi-Media, but I'm not sure if they'll read that.

Just putting it out there for now.

Am I in the right channel? (Union, EU)

Okay, I'm just going out there and say it and yes this is going too sound stupid but...

    How do I join a channel? The poster says /join_chan "N P C"
    So far I've tried:
    /join_chan "N P C"
    /join_chan N P C
    /join_channel N P C
    /join_channel "N P C"
    /join_chanNPC
    /join_chan"NPC"

It just keeps giving me "Unknown command: join_chan(nel) not found.

What exacly am I doing wrong?
