I brought my markers to life drawing once. While I am fumbling around, not sure what color to use where, this guy walks in late, sits next to me, and starts doing these amazing drawings with just 4 markers. It was the first time I saw someone using markers there, too. That was a couple of months ago, and I haven't touched my markers since. To think of it, I also haven't been to life drawing. To be fair, I think he had markers dedicated for skin tones, but it was so embarassing, lol.

WOW ELE!! I love the portrait! You are the first to take on VexXxa's image and I totally love it! Especially the little heart shape around her mouth, which you probably didn't realize was there. Kind of like a subliminal image saying that even though Vex is a villain, she still has a heart.

I'm really enjoying working with these at the moment but I don't think that I'll ever get the full set of colors. Ill probably just get the Grey scale

ordered this less then an hour ago. and Dagerpoint has already gotten it done! that guy is a legend!
been dying to get him to do something for me for a while. but he is always busy! so when he chucked open 10 dollar sketches I jumped at it and im very glad I did!
thinking I might look to get it finished off elsewhere it'd be a shame to see such a fine picture unfinished -

I've been staring puppy eyed at the copic markers at my local art store for a while. trying to justify spending $10 (AUD) each on the colors I wanted. so I decided to take the plunge and grab a couple. both shades of Grey and I am SO glad I did. I love em!
As a side note it inspired me to try em out so I took some of the volunteers from my sketch of the day thread ( well one of them volunteered the other just commented) and did up some portraits of them.

Ok, so maybe that was over-dramatic. Finally got my act together (and found some missing passwords) so I can actually post these.
Original bio for Electagonist: a former hero turned villain. after tapping into the rogue island power supply and a brief possession by the demon Bat'zhul electagonist developed a form of schizophrenia that sees him constantly swinging from an old jaded hero to a twisted criminal with no inhibitions.
Now, I happen to love dual-faceted characters (made one, or two, myself; bonus points to anyone who knows about Cazimi). Since I liked the basics of the background, I decided that the ultimization would actually result in two physical forms for Electagonist
one a slightly battered anti-hero, one a demonic form. And so:

I had fun with this; I hope this was not too pedestrian. And thanks for the PG version...I love the way some of the pieces work together, and plan to use this as a jumping off point for PG's spacesuit I love the re-imagined background (makes more sense than the original ).
