This fix worked for me too (i.e. changing my game account password, NOT my master account password).
- The team has its hands full, neck-deep in code for hotfixes, patches (and don't forget sleep deprivation).

People ingame are still complaining about not being able to login, personally the first thing i would have done is create a MoTD ingame or email every active account about this workaround while they fix this problem.
I think badly handled situation of i21 is perfect word usage. The actual content of i21 i love, the fact that i've barely been able to play the game due to DAILY primetime maintennance and not even post on the forums requesting for help i find is badly handled.
Plus to say that the team has its hands full in sorting out patches and alike is just making excuses to be honest, a lot of bugs that are being fixed right now were being reported in beta. Majority of people were expecting i21 to be launched either this week [which it did] or next week. If they had all these fixes in the pipeline, ONE extra week to save on so much downtime would not have hurt anybody.
Plus these server "upgrades" that had the servers down for two thursdays in a row were a joke, never experienced so many people experiencing lag and server problems in my life . . . . .

Do i think the set looks really cool? Yes
Do i have a ton of concepts that could use the costume pieces? Yes
Does the set lose its cool factor due to being tier 9 VIP? For me, yes. -

Exalted isn't even on the list of servers when checking server status. yet...
But it IS on the actual server list which is something Nice they finally have the [french] and [german] next to their servers though. Now if they only put [awesome] next to Union it'ld be sorted.

Seen a few people talk about this and wanted to share it with everyone. The new Token system awards a token for every Veteran badge you have with the yearly badges giving two. The 13th of September is when Issue 21 goes live.
Here's the problem: People that were very close to receiving a new Veteran badge, let alone a yearly token, get a short end of the stick.
Example:
Account A is about to receive their 36 month Token on 14th of September. On September 13th though they are awarded 11 Tokens + 2 Bonus tokens for the two yearly Veteran Badges. (Yes there is more for having a game account code but ignoring that for now its not the concern)
However, had the patch been delayed for this person by 1-2 days they would be receiving 12 Tokens + 3 Bonus tokens.
Essentially, they miss out on two tokens equal to about 30 dollars.
I admit it sucks for these people, and others that were receiving a Veteran badge this month.
I wonder if it would be possible to create a grace period for the month of September and if you were to receive a veteran token during this month you get the associated tokens with it. (1 for a regular badge, 2 for a yearly)
