Someone told me that Brutes were going to be getting Katana/Regen as their powerset possibilities. When is this going to be happening?

I know that our Lv.50s can go the GR area, but is it possible for our GR toons to leave the GR starting zone and go to the hero side and team with heroes before they have chosen a side to be on?

Also, when our Lv.50s go to the GR area is it possible for them to get mission that Lv.50 missions and then mentor a lowbie GR character while they complete their Lv.50 GR missions?

I personally have high expectations for this power set. I think that Time Manipulation will be the most unique power set to date...

Think about it, all the other powersets in the game are based off of concepts that we as people, not in game but in real life, understand. Things like Kinetics and Gravity are physics or even concepts like Empathy and being able to control thermal energy. It's all science and knowledge. However, the one things that the human race still has a lot of theories on is the ability to manipulate time. It's something that we as a race have not been able to accomplish.

So, as I said. This should be a very unique powerset that is not a bunch of copy/paste effects from other abilities in the game. I hope to see original thinking outside integrating current theories of time alterating and basic physics that are simple to understand.

Okay so maybe I am not reading it right or I just can not find the information but I have two questions about this.

1) Am I going to have to buy Freedom like, is this an expansion or do you automatically get updated to CoH Freedom if you're an active subscriber on/after July 1st.

2) Is Freedom VIP going to be $15 a month or more?

So I am on the test server and I am not seeing where we're supposed to be purchasing these new auras, costume pieces and emotes.

I have queued my character to be copied over to the test server 8 times in the last 4 hours. (Waiting 30 minutes to see if it worked) and the character us still not there. Am I missing something? Is there something I have to do other than queue the character to be transferred?

I tried to download the Beta launcher and it told me that I needed a City of Heroes Beta Account. How do I get that? I read a post in the forums saying that the 20.5 content was on the beta test realm and was now open to the "public".

Doesn't open to the public mean that anyone can join without a special invitation?

Oh good! That means I can farm for purple recipes with the enemies at Lv.50. I don't have to crank it up to Lv.54.

Does a Lv.54 Boss have a higher chance of dropping a purple recipe than a Lv.50 boss?

I used to be able to run CoH twice and dual box on my alt account, but now that I have downloaded the NcSoft launcher when I try to run the second City of Heroes the NCsoft Launcher opens and the first instance of the game pops back up on the screen instead of a new one opening up.

How do I get past this so I can dual box again?

Yeah it's basically the defeat all mission. I'm probably going to try and find someone who actively farmed that mission to let me know if any changes have been made that they notice.

I'm not sure I read that right. What I am gathering is that the demon farm was nerfed so even if I had the old mission active or I redid the arc and got the new one; either way demon farming is no longer possible at all?

I started out as a hero on my controller of course before Rogue came out. After Rogue was released to went from Hero to Vigilante, to full blown villain and now I am a rogue.

I wanted to bring my controller back over to the hero side completely, but before I became a villain I was working on a story arc from Harvey Maylor. I stopped the arc at the demon farming mission so I could farm hero side.

If I bring my controller back to the hero side will I be able to start Harvey's Arc again and get my demon farming mission back?

Yeah I figured it would apply 20% to base, adding 20% + whatever the bubble gives would be over powered.

Nice! So, if I have Nerve Core Paragon my Bubbles will increase the defense of my targets by an additional 20% of whatever they would normally increase it by. But what about if my target also has Nerve Core Paragon, will the total increase be 40%?

Or does the Nerve Core Paragon's 20% defebse buff effect only effect your skills and not the ones placed on you by other players?

I was noticing that certain Incarnate abilities, like the main in Alpha mainly have things that increase defense buff effects by 20%. Nerve Core paragon increases defense buffs by 20%. Obviously any skill I have which increases by defense with be increased in aptitude by 20%, but if I am a bubbler or a cold dom, are the buffs that I administer to other players effected by Def and Res effect buffs from Incarnate Abilities?

I heard that one point that the Television contact had a mission that could be farmed. Does anyone know the title of that mission who could tell me which one can be farmed?

Who do I talk to villain side to purchase my Villain Base?

I am stuck on two actually. Stop The Cultists By Any Means Necessary, and Teach Flamespout A Few Lessons About Villains.

Is it just me or are the tip missions to become a villain extremely hard? I have spent 3 hours in one mission trying to find the objective items and enemies. I have even resorted to using targeting binds and it's not helping much.
