Incarnate Buff?

I was noticing that certain Incarnate abilities, like the main in Alpha mainly have things that increase defense buff effects by 20%. Nerve Core paragon increases defense buffs by 20%. Obviously any skill I have which increases by defense with be increased in aptitude by 20%, but if I am a bubbler or a cold dom, are the buffs that I administer to other players effected by Def and Res effect buffs from Incarnate Abilities?

Nice! So, if I have Nerve Core Paragon my Bubbles will increase the defense of my targets by an additional 20% of whatever they would normally increase it by. But what about if my target also has Nerve Core Paragon, will the total increase be 40%?

Or does the Nerve Core Paragon's 20% defebse buff effect only effect your skills and not the ones placed on you by other players?

Alpha slot only affects your powers - it acts life an additional enhancement in each of your powers that accepts an aspect that your alpha increases.

So your alpha buffs the powers you cast on others, but their alpha cannot buff the powers you cast on them.

One important thing to note: It's not going to add 20% defense to what your shields give.

If the shield gives 10% base defense, with Nerve it will give 12%.

Yeah I figured it would apply 20% to base, adding 20% + whatever the bubble gives would be over powered.

And then you have to consider enhancement diversification - If you're already slotted up near the ED limit where you get very little extra from any additional defence enhancements, a Tier4 nerve isn't going to give much more than 13.3% enhancement (2/3 of 20% bypasses ED. The other ~6.6% is going to be heavily reduced by ED.)
