This might be an underlying great thing see they have to do soemthing since scraps/tanks get CP in there epic powers so a CP change for electric armor maybe coming down the pipe (a heal perhaps ) this would prolly hit brutes too

Except that dark melee does have good single target burst damage, for stalkers. I've got 2 DM stalkers at 50, I would know.

Yes. 100% base dmg which is 133 (being a pet summon it is not affected by AT modifiers and will not be doing more base dmg on your scrapper compared to your brute.) damage for that particular attack (lightning rod/shield charge). And 300% possible damage bonus. Regular scrapper attacks would have 400%. 95-100% goes into slotting and eats away at that 300%. With brutes the remaining 200ish% can almost cap the attack out with a full fury bar. Scrappers can't reach that on their own, but once they you hit 200%ish in your in game combat numbers, SC/LR will be pretty much capped, while you still got another 100% dmg bonus that could be buffing the dmg output of an attack that wasn't a pet summon, like headsplitter or whatever.

I'll be blunt. That is just [censored] terrible.

I also agree with darkmaster, Villains definatly got hosed.

Lightning Rod and Shield Charge are not attacks. They are pet summons, have pet dmg caps, and cannot crit.

I'll probably respec all my IOs out of my fire/rad, delete, and reroll it, and turn it into a something/cold...

Assuming built right, I'd assume cold &gt; rad for AV soloing, yeah?

What about cold controllers in pvp, any opinions on if it would be better or worse than therm controllers in pvp? If cold, what would it pair best with?

I'll probably make a claws/stone armor brute. I always said the only way I'd ever make a stone armor toon is if it was paired with claws, spines, or martial arts, just to see them do the evsicerate/ripper/EC animations in granite
