Dual Blades sux, Srsly. Regen is nice though.
Dual Blades is a good powerset, despite what all the powergamers tell you, but it's VERY subjective- no two players seem to be able to agree what a good build for it is. You're better of trying for yourself.
Regen is fairly simple and has a few skippable powers. It's one of the more 'scrappier' secondaries, that makes you better in a straight-out fight.
So far I have been breezing through content as dual blades. Slotting up accuracy is very important for dual blades, but it is easy to do with IO's. I open up with combos, but then do not even bother with using them unless there is a pesky single target (attack vitals).
The issue with DB's is that if you do not take all the attacks you will not be able to pull off sweep (skipping ablating strike) or attack vitals (skipping either of the first two attacks) as an example. Still you can choose which fits your playstyle.

Perhaps this was discussed before, and I may be "beating a dead horse" but I found it interesting that there is really no DB/Regen stalker build/guides out there. Maybe I am missing them.
As for now, I have a lvl 33 DB/Regen stalker and I am wondering as how to continue building him. Do I need all the combos from the attacks? Do I need all the regen abilities? I hear that it is not a great build for pvp. Am I wrong? Please someone "school" me.
