Drain Psyche with just a couple enemies, has better heal/sec than Life Drain. In the long run, drain psyche is better.

And if you hit max targets, you can be regening 100 hp/sec with drain psyche, for defenders life drain heals about 200 hp per cast.

edit: numbers assuming maxed for healing and recharge.

Life Drain, being a self heal, is a little more problematic. Blasters are probably not going to ever get a self heal, but I've been wrong before. If slotted with an Accurate Healing set it could become a significant heal and I just don't see them allowing blasters to have it.

Drain Psyche

I was kinda hoping someone else would make a thread for this, but no one has. ><

I'm thinking of making a therm MM for i16 PvP, but no idea what primary to pair it with. I have PvPed with every single AT other than MMs. Well I PvPed a little with a thugs/poison and ninja/dark a long time ago, but it was nothing serious.

Anyways for PvP, which primary is currently on top: necro, thugs, bots? I'd prefer not to go ninjas because they're melee, and not mercs cause lol.... Or should I just wait for demon summoning?

Provided they don't increase the recharge or potency of Heat Ex, I think it should be pretty good.

Why not just use AE to create a 1 mission, small map, arc with an AV in it? They're all in there. You could just put 1 in, or put in multiple and let the challenger choose which they want to fight.

Scraps and tanks really arent, with them not getting the auto pvp res bonus. Just last night I was dueling a regen scrap and hit him for 940 some dmg with total focus.

Yeah, all I'm saying is that particular team make-up should have no problem with a MoLRSF even with not-so-amazing players behind them. And I know the people on that team, most of em have done it before, and carrying 1 or 2 is not that hard. Theres just no reason to brag.

Why so many AoE Controls on a /solo/ pve build? You don't really need them if you are just soloing.

--There is nothing that says we will get Dark Assault, nor is there any existing set that would be a mutual pair for it like 'dark control' or whatever you want to call it that would queue its arrival.

--Electric Control would not be powerset proliferation, it is not an existing set.

--grav control and energy assault arent really a pair.
