Claws/nrg but ive had him forever and a little over a billion into him. So as +placate+ focus = dead. Low hp runners get bu+ focus= dead. Obviously its not ideal, prolly not as good as some of the other builds but works for me. Also you dont have to worry about getting droned in pvp. Mix in air superiority with focus for pve and u can keep bosses in an endless knockdown situation.

I came back after a six month layoff went into rv, lasted about oh 10 secs. So i started looking at what set bonuses people had. Went to the black market to see how i could upgrade my toon only to find out it would cost about 8-10 billion inf to get up to snuff.

I was dissappointed to say the least. There is no way i can compete anymore with these ultra toons. Kudos to those that have all that stuff and took the time and effort to grind out the cash to buy all those fancy purple sets. Prices from 500-800 million for one recipe are no longer reachable. Maybe they could have a place where normal folks like myself can pvp on a casual basis.

First the character transfer and rename and now this, what the heck is goin on down there.

Cant wait to see how this turns out. I hope they have something for the hollows, that whole story with trolls mining and digging under atlas always intrigued me. Maybe we can see what boomtown was like before it was boomtown, same as faultline.

PS. Trolls have killed more heros then any other villain group. :P

Out of the ones you have listed i would choose energy blade and shield defense.

But would maybe like to see a bo staff used also. If street fighting where used would it be combo hits, like punch punch knee or elbows used? The only problem i see with psi weapons is that there are currently very little resists offered at present. Putting it in a primary for an archtype who's primary function is to deliver damage would mean large amounts of psi damage to a populus that has little resists to it.

I will continue to bug them to make the trains like the ferrys in cov. There is no reason why they cant do it. Ya i can fly from here to kingdom come but have to wait to get on a trainl. Yippee!!!

Exactly. The Thugs MM pistol attacks are without a doubt the coolest thing about the set...and they do pretty good DPS as well. I have all three of them and use them constantly. A Thugs Mastermind (with Pistol attacks) is like having a team of five mini-blasters, one SS/Inv Brute, and one mini-corrupter (I'm Thugs/Dark so I heal and debuff as needed). What a waste to skip your attacks...and boring as well.

Same...I have dual wield and empty clips for the fun factor. I can pull with my dual wield, have my thugs hide around the a corner with stay, and bam ownage central. I cant tell you how many times ive gunned down runaways. The knockback factor in pvp is also a wonderous thing. Thumbs down on the no pistols idea.

My pretty happy with this changes i think they are fair and will appease both sides. Thx statesman for listening to both sides.

Why does everything always have to be fair. If you dont have the time to farm hami-Os then to bad. Deal with it, dont play. Why lvl the playing field because you dont feel like farming or cant farm. Let the farmers fight each other. If you cant hang then to bad. Its no different then practicing a sport or working hard to become good at something.
