I need help.
I could go on a rant about how I feel they should do a name purge of all account who haven't been active for years, but I'll skip that.
I have a concept for a character who is a Deathstroke / Taskmaster type character. But I can't find a name to use for him. I want to spend my time playing the game, not hours pressing the "Check Name" button.
The name can not be tied to a power set (such as "gun guy"), as the concept is a "contractor" who is proficient in the use of many weapons, allowing me to play this character as a Shield Tank, Dual Blades Scraper, Claws Stalker or Gun Corrupter. This character is a villain!
I am interested in single word names, or combinations that make sense. I do not want "obscure" words, I want people to understand the character immediate when seeing his moniker.
Are you sitting on a good name that you aren't really using? I have many good names to trade.
I thank you all for your help. (Please Please Please before suggesting any names, check to see if it is available! I hate to get my hopes up)
Also, this character will have a "crew". A team of mercenaries who kidnap, steal or kill for a hefty price. If you are interest in rolling a new villain and joining me, I would LOVE the company. Too many goodie-two-shoes on this server, it is time to rock the boat! -

Well I expected by "break" from CoH to be slightly longer, but recent "events" have caused me to resub.
Now you'd have to be living under a rock to not know what I mean by "Events", but because of a lack of security, the other "option" is offline.
I NEEDED my Superhero fix! I needed this creative outlet!
So what did I miss? Looks like there has been changes to the game, even in the way the game looks! When I logged back in last night, I felt like I forgot how to play!
Anyways, the majority of my SG have not returned, and I'm hoping to see everyone ingame soon! Not sure how long I am staying, but this is still a great game! -
With heavy heart, I'm letting you all know that my account expires on March 1, 2011 and I will most likely not be renewing. I have played this game, with uninterupted service, since the game was released (as we come to the seven year mark).
My leaving has to do with my curent financial situation, as well as a general apathy to the game. This however should not be reflective on the game. I have never played a game so intense, with so much substance, and with such a great staff running things! Simply put, this is the best game anyone can play and I have no issues recommending it.
I will not do "shoutouts" to anyone, as there are far too many people to name and I fear that I might miss someone. Champion has been a great community and I have come to see you all as good friends.
Will I be back? Maybe. In the meantime, I have handed the "keys to the base" to Star Fire (Starforce) who is now the head honcho of the Pillars of Might.
Here's hoping this thread isn't immediately pulled and you all get to see this. Take care Champion. -

I have never had a SG meltdown. Everything has been calm and relitively drama free. The closest I've ever had to a story to tell would be certain members who "didn't fit". Even then I'd say it was a mutual breakup.
Do get me wrong. I have kicked out SG members, but I'm talking about the rare "child behind the keyboard who says "F" every second word. -
