I thought having bought Going Rogue would have included this content. oh well.
-
I filed an ingame support ticket and this is the response I got.
I got going rogue and started this mission before Freedom.
Then I couldn't play for awhile, so I picked up where I left off and then I hit this.
This character was made a hero and has always been a hero.
Remiel just tells me only VIPs can talk to him.
Yeah, support for this kind of thing, isn't exactly inspiring for wanting to pay again. Maybe they'll eventually follow up on their automated response.
Thanks all for assistance. -
I appreciate the help, but being told to run the tutorial doesn't come across real well.
and there is no active contact with the mission
the mission is there, marked as completed
Mender Remiel isn't in any of my contact tabs. -
Quote:You might want to take the condescension down a notch.Operative Grillo is the guy who gave you the mission in the first place. Go to your contact menu and either call him (if you have his number) or go see him in person if the call button isn't available.
You might want to make a new character and run the tutorial missions to reacquaint yourself with the basics of the game.
and getting to Grillo is going to be kind of hard from what I can tell as I'm a hero and Grillo is in Grandville. -
Who and where is operative grillo? I've had this character from before things went free-to-play. So there could be some weirdness there.

I put in a support ticket, since I'm not a VIP member they directed me to
support.cityofheroes.com (which didn't seem to have any help for me)
and
boards.cityofheroes.com
not finding any other appropriate place for my question, here I post
I finished the track down trapdoor missions, but it doesn't complete. I click on it it says its completed, but it doesn't clear and it doesn't go away, but there's nothing telling me what to do next. What's up? anyone? -
I really liked Bill's Clockwork Storybook and Coventry stuff. (In addition to all his other stuffs).
I did manage to calculate carrying capacity properly, but my father ( a math professor at the time) helped me find the proper way to calculate, heh. That was what, 25 years ago?
I'm really glad you got some 'guest authors' to write some stuff. -
Inserting more anectodal evidence.
I was fighting an AV with a group of 8 and gauntlet did NOT work. If all I did was attack the AV I never got its attention, it kept nuking the blasters.
I _had_ to use taunt to get the AV's attention. -

Please consider changing taunt enhancements so that they will boost accuracy and duration in PvP. I can't stand the thought of slotting a power for PvP use what will provide ZERO benifit in the PvP game.

Agree here. Would prefer that PvE builds are as viable for PvP as much as possible. Plus, it will confuse the casual gamer who thinks that Taunt in PvE is autohit but still accepts accuracy enh. Taunt enh that increase acc and dur in PvP should avoid that. Ppl also have a way to reduce Taunt duration in PvP (running away/breaking LOS).

QFT is the new 'me too' -
Good set.
I really don't think it is too powerful, especially with the many short ranged attacks, and no snipe attack.
Sounds could use some work, especially for females.
The cone animations are good, but the first two power's animations are weak.
Perhaps they should use the cupped hands around mouth animation.
