No, it doesn't break any forum rules at all, there's nothing wrong with trading in-game currency for PLing services. It's when it's real currency that it's a no-no.

I agree with you on the 100 mill though. None of my characters have even held 100 mill (my Warshade got 60 for a purple drop a few weeks ago, I felt so rich!)

A fair price for lowbie PLing is 2mil a run for being skd to a 46 mentor, 1 mil a run for being skd to a 50 mentor ("A run" constitues one reset of the battle maiden map)

Tbh id welcome a new class that fits in between an EB and an AV, AVs are soloable by some toon makeups but not by all (think illu/rad etc) and EBs are a joke with a tray of insps, something in between would be a nice challenge for all ATs/Builds

With all due respect its probably not, my ISP packet shapes to the coh servers and i only had a problem until they fixed the login pathing, i havnt been able to connect to the update server since wednesday until i ran the coh net tools from here

Create a shortcut to the cityofheroes.exe file

change the shortcut path to include

-project eucoh

(im my case)

"C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\CityOfHeroes.exe" -project eucoh

this will start the game without the updater

note: that the game will not connect if you are not running the latest patch

Sorry but have to edit that for accuracy zhaan, Apart from the occasional night a week where MU and a load of heroes found themselves online at the same time, there is little to no regular zonal pvp on Defiant. (I assume its Defiant your talking about as i know you from there)

(((I'm a Defiant player, i learned to PvP on Defiant, its my home server, I have no issue admitting this)))

Now from my experience of PvP on other servers including Union, Freedom and Virtue (yes, it is legitimate to mention US servers, this was a change to CoX PvP, not EU PvP) there is a pretty sizeable zonal crowd. Ive enjoyed a plethora of 6v6 to 10v10 @ peak times on Union multiple nights a week and theres always at least 10 people in Freedom RV, at peak times theres easily 16v16 (had a full zone one day that was epic)

So i totally disagree with a blanket statement that zonal PvP was dead.
