Power customization for power pools, ancillary power pools and patron power pools is my biggest 'want' at the moment.

That video is pretty high on my list of the best things ever.
EDIT: It should be noted that just about every Lonely Island song is very NSFW. Listen at your own risk and the risk of anyone within earshot that has had a humorectomy.
And let us not forget their Grammy Nominated classic. -
It gets worse. Apparently they're doing a pretty big server merge and sugar-coating it by calling their remaining servers "Super Servers".

Quote:When I saw the credits, my first thought was "That Kenneth Branagh?"I haven't seen it yet, but I expected nothing less from Kenneth Branagh.
I have to wonder the circumstances that led him to direct Thor. It's a good movie (go see it), but considering that 90% of his previous directing has been adaptations of Shakespeare, doing a comic-book superhero movie seems a bit of a stretch, Shakespearian power struggles notwithstanding. -
Just got back from seeing it. Good, solid, enjoyable film. The scenes of Asgard were great, loved the art direction. Very funny as well. The whole advanced alien race concept worked for me. Two thumbs up.

If you ask me, the coolest bit of Ultra Mode is seeing your character's shadow on the ground when you fly. It's not so much the big details as it is all the little details coming together to make things look more real.

I did a bit of digging in my screenshots folder and found a picture of my first Scrapper.
American Lotus, in all her level 6ish glory. -
I like it. Excellent posing and staging and some great styles as well. The whole thing looks sleek and professional.
-
The issue is the proc itself, not the power it's put in. The duration is only 5 seconds and the chance is only 5%. Other than being used to get the 6-slot bonus in the Gaussian set, there's not much reason to slot it.

"Um, yeah, about that citizenship thing..."

My first Scrapper was Kat/Regen named American Lotus and she wound up being my third level 50. She wasn't spectacular, but she got the job done, and every now and then she'd do something impressive, such as surviving team wipes or taking on a half-dozen +4 Freak bosses at once (in the mid-30s I might add). After that I played a few Brutes, got two of 'em to 50 and deleted one of 'em, but then I started hearing about how awesome DM/SD was. I dusted off the part of my brain labeled 'SCRAPPERLOCK', created Umbral Vanguard and experienced the joy of Shield Defense. Soloing my first AV was a revelatory experience, as prior to that I had assumed the best application of math was infuriating English majors. My next Scrapper project was Elec/SD, Demobot Mark III (Mark II is a Claws/WP which has sat at 38 for over a year and probably won't hit 50) which proved to be just as enjoyable as the DM/SD. Having two enormously damaging AoEs was addictive; yeah, I wouldn't be doing much AV soloing, but given the body counts I was racking up I didn't care. My next Scrapper project will probably be Fire/SD to round out the Holy Trinity of Shield Defense. I enjoy Scrappers 'cause sometimes it's nice to just kill things without all the fuss. Mano a mano, plain and simple.

On the topic of power proliferation, I'd like to see Dark Miasma for Controllers, if only because I had this cool concept in mind for a Plant/Dark Controller when the Firefly aura appeared and was disappointed when I realized 'Trollers didn't have Dark.

The network diagnostic tools I'm using tell me that the client is being sent far more information than it was before the patch. Sitting by myself in a nearly empty zone, CoH is receiving around 2,000 bytes a second. Towards the end of a Hami raid I was on earlier today, I was receiving around 25 times that much information. I'm convinced the problem is server-side, and it's sapping my desire to keep playing.
-
I attended a Hamidon raid on Champion today and the lag was beyond description. I opened the Resource Monitor and saw that CoH was receiving around 50,000 bytes per second at the height of the raid. Ordinarily, Champion does no-evac raids where everyone remains in the jello until Hamidon is defeated. Usually, we simply power through the last 25% health and ignore the last mito spawn, but due to the lag we got ripped apart by the yellows and had to fall back and regroup.
I can deal with a bit of lag every now and then, but the recent patch has made things unbearable, to the point where I am strongly considering whether or not I want to continue my subscription. -
I noticed this too with Rain of Fire. I think the game might be simply lumping all the misses and hits together given the number of hit-rolls going on with a rain power. I'm not sure exactly how to-hit rolls work with rain powers but I'm guessing that it calculates each tick individually for each enemy. Assuming you're hitting 16 targets continuously over the 15 second lifespan of the power (and assuming that Ice Storm is like Rain of Fire) then multiplied by 76 ticks you're getting around 1,200 individual hit rolls, about 81 each second. If I'm right, then the likely reason you're seeing that many miss messages in a row is that the game either can't handle outputting that many messages to the client or just sends a portion of the hit rolls to keep the Combat tab from being filled with nothing but to-hit rolls.

I've love to help the Corr team, but I'll be late by about 20 minutes.

Oh yeah. One of my favorite bits of the last book is Neville coming into his own as a heroic badass.
