Seriously Dusk? Anyway, I'm not even mad I didn't win, partly considering it wasn't for any influence and partly because I would have missed the final CC anyway. I was just confused by having people register as well as having walk-ins. It's not that big of a deal lol.

Well, if you are having people pre-register in the first place, I don't think it's fair to exclude them from winning by having walk-ins win. Pick the winners from the people who took the time to register.

What is an RPCC?===========
An RPCC is a two stage Costume Contest. The first stage is essentially a Costume/Bio Contest. Both your players outfit and their biography will be judged- think of it as a holistic evaluation of your toon. The second "round" is a roleplay contest. Essentially, we will have looked at your character and decided that we would like to know more about that character, how they act and react, how they speak etc. The second round of our Costume Contest will take place in our base- where we will roleplay a Christmas Party and disperse our prizes. It is time consuming, but fun.
Do I need a bio to compete?

The short of the long: no. If you have enough confidence in your character and believe that they speak for themselves, then by all means enter bio-less, but bios certainly help.
Is this some sort of recruitment ploy?
===========
Yes and No. The purpose of our event is not to really recruit, but to have fun. We will however, extend the opportunity should it present itself.
Do I really have to RP?
===========
Yes.
So what would MY character be doing at YOUR Christmas Party?
===========
The Sentry is a non profit organization. The Christmas Party is actually for supporters and employees of the company. The Sentry will have contacted Heroes to make guest appearances.
Can Villains Compete?
===========
Compete? Yes. Win? No. The first part of the Costume Contest is somewhere between IC and OOC. The second part is completely IC. Also, it is conducted in our base.

Hey everyone, finally decided to roll my first MM and have been wanting to make a Necro/Pain for awhile. I was just hoping to get some advice on which powers would be the best to go with, be it primary/secondary/pools. Not really looking for a full build or anything, just some tips. Thanks in advance.

I was just thinking, what actually happens when Rularuu consumes a dimension? Also, how does he consume it? Does he end up in some vast white area before traveling to the next dimension?

By saying the badges are a joke, it's pretty much implying that they aren't any sort of hassle to get. Still though, who really cares what badges they add to the game. Some people like the challenge of doing the TFs with no deaths and I agree, it's better than adding more grinding badges but with the changes to some badges in i16, I doubt we'll see any more badges that require grinding to get.

Also the 5th Column Gladiator badge, wasn't the only way to get that was getting the 1st Anniversary badge or something?
