I'd build like 60+ accuracy before going for damage. Get the musculature alpha and thatll be more than enough dmg bonus. After that I think it gets DR'd pretty bad.

All you need is AS. Any of them work. Claws has a slight edge because of the faster build up

On an unrelated note; I opened a bottle of Sriracha Chili sauce and it sprayed it's malevolent mist into my eyes, temporarily blinding me. During my blindness I had a revelation. I realized that some of the things I've been doing are getting in the way of what's really important. Being bad at CoH.
By the time I could start to see again, or should have been able to, if not for the tears, since I was crying uncontrollably due to fear and searing pain, the epiphany-moment was long since over and I chose not to act. I drank a bottle of Barton's vodka with cherry Kool-Aid; yanked to my recording of Critical Kat's voice as she sings cultural songs while chopping down huge trees and making syrup, and drifted off to sleep.

Most players nowadays are too bad to even take full advantage of the delayed damage. Seriously when was the last time any of us actually got hit by a spike with all the dmg coming in at once? It's usually within a second or two, which is plenty to get heals and a buunch of respites off. If you want to make the case that psi is the best and needs to be nerfed, you'd have a better argument that having 4 attacks at full range is OP compared to the rest.

Lol @ people saying psi is broken. It's incredibly easy to evade it by just watching your buff bar. In zones, you could make the argument that it's worse than a fire/em because when you launch the psi attacks, you get TS'd. However, the target doesnt get hit by the attacks right away so he has about three seconds of unsuppressed movement to run away, while the psi/em is slowed by travel suppression. On a fire/em, both the target and attacker are TS'd at the same time, so it's more difficult for the target to run away.

After I conquer the Virtue server I will be bringing my talents here with my SO'd Dark/Elec defender.

Also no incarnates except alpha, otherwise duels and **** get really dumb. And you'll have to give me a week or so to PL it to 50, right now it's at 39.

Typically duels are held in the arena, with inspirations on, no Heal Decay and No Travel Suppression.

Get as much HP as you can. Get about 40ish points of KB protection and you should be set on a km/elec. Try to get like 60ish % acc bonus as well. Then just spam Concentrated Strike whenever it's up.

Claws/Elec is actually the best possible stalker build. Elec gives you more recharge, good debuff resistance, and psi resist. Claws has a lower recharge on build up making it better than the other sets (Since all you really need is Build Up + AS on a stalker, with the occasional sharks)
Most people go with WP on the secondary because it is so cheap and easy to cap HP (Just slot some heal enhancers in High Pain Tolerance) -
