Pretty much any stalker build can be successful in zones, if that's where you intend on playing?
I think the current fav is elec/wp? km/wp? I have a lowly spines/ninjitsu and have had no trouble getting kills in the past. Haven't taken it to PvP zone in some time, but last I checked, not much has changed since.....i13?
I think spines is possibly the considered lowest on the totem pole? He kills just fine when in zone and plenty survivable. Yep, I'd say any stalker is a capable 
Claws/Elec is actually the best possible stalker build. Elec gives you more recharge, good debuff resistance, and psi resist. Claws has a lower recharge on build up making it better than the other sets (Since all you really need is Build Up + AS on a stalker, with the occasional sharks)
Most people go with WP on the secondary because it is so cheap and easy to cap HP (Just slot some heal enhancers in High Pain Tolerance)
Im looking for a good stalker build and im thinking about putting a claws/elec together. Was wondering what I should aim for and if possible some potential builds I can use. Strictly PVP, and a semi expensive build is ok...
