I didn't read this thread, so I may be repeating what others have said.
I went with the old standard i18 builds, and replaced fitness with conserve power and boxing/tough. The resistance really does help, especially if you supplement it with psi resist bonuses (Though that's likely not as useful in zone)
If you're only doing zone, I'd probably suggest phase, since hiber will get you AS'd. -
1) Battle Axe sucks. WP is mediocre.
2) Build for lots and lots of hit points. As many as you can fit in.
3) Get some acc (40-60% global acc should be fine for your purposes)
4) Get phase, and possibly aid self now that fitness is inherent. Also get SS and SJ
5) Get taunt and web nades. -
I only play like two non-PvP toons, and they're at the top of page 1. Then my PvP toons follow that. The rest of page 1, and page two is full of random 50's I hate, and am currently leveling.

Team Teleport. I think it's a fantastic idea, Silit. I'm glad you're taking this oppurtunity to try and improve the ship raids.

One bug to report, though: PvPIO's are only showing the PvE bonuses. -
Damn. No more PvPIO's (God knows the devs aren't going to fix anything. They're much too busy making animated tails, and new dance emotes, woot!!!)

I'd probably only bother with it when going up against a single tough target. Against an AV or GM or something, it adds to your DPS by quite a bit.

Well, if you've been enjoying an AR/Dev blaster in zone pvp with no escape power.....you are a better man than I.
Rather than putting any money into an AR/Dev I'd recommend you make a Fire/EM Son/EM Psi/EM Rad/EM or even Arch/EM. -

/elec is a good secondary if you're willing to spend a bit more and actually get accolades.

There's tons of viable toons you can use. Try posting a list of all the toons you currently have, and we can tell you which ones would work well
