Today I've been working on "Hair".
I received some fancy tips and tricks and started practising...
This is what I've been able to do sofar (only using mouse, as I don't have a (well-working) tablet in my posession).
I need more practice...and prefertly a nice tablet...but, I think there's hope
.

@Bubbawheat:Who is "Burnt Matchstick" *giggles* I suppose one should know that char before being able to recocnize her? Personally I don't know every character...COH, movie, series, book, comic or whatever based... or even from the people I regulary 'talk' to... so yeah.. I went with font

DD: All he really had to do was figure out what font I used, then do a straight decode from there as I did just use a special symbol font and typed it out normally. I plan on having her hold something similar to a Rosetta Stone so it can be figured out by only using the clues in the picture. -

Not on my head I mean.. I have more than enough of thick blonde hairs on my head *giggles*...
I'm struggling with the hair part... want to make it a bit to the realistic side...but I don't know how...
I did it once.. and that went okay (Channing Tatum), but I have no clue on how I did that!
I'm trying and trying... but.. help? *blushes* -

Scan it as large as you can (for details) print it and colour that instead?
Then you can still keep the original as it is.
I'd love to see it coloured ^^

Having a great idea..and putting it to life are two complete different things.
But...the month hasn't passed just yet.
Though, knowing you...I bet you'll pull it off even beyond your own expectations.

Thanks Henri. I thought this to be a very hard one too... but 2 nights ago I suddenly had an idea... So yesterday at 9 ish in the morning I started drawing... then scanning, colouring, editing and editing and editing...and just finished it at 16.15 today (european time) Yes, I did sleep and eat and watched a few episodes of Bones in the mean time .
I thought about putting up a "teaser" but I changed my mind. (So Bubba, no need to answer that question).
Hang in there Henri! It will come to you!

I would say darken his hair and eyebrows some too. It's really coming along nicely.
I'm not sure what to saturate exactly... but I worked a little on the shading in the face instead.
Also darkened the hair a bit (don't want to make it too dark, as the colour get's odd in combination with his facecolour, I think) and also darkened the facial hair.
(service from me... to prevent scrolling down.. I've displayed the "new" one with the "former version" below it, though comparing works better with them next to eachother...)

Couple more idea's.
Where do the cars get fuel? where are the gas stations why don't freaks try to blow one up every once in awhile? Are there no schools? What's missing from paragon that ought to be easy to find what does that look like?
Lets open this up to a little photography, run around your city (watch for cars!) and take pictures and compare them to places in paragon. I think I've got a couple pictures that will work for this. I just need to get matching screenshots.
PS. this is totally not a grab for power (absolute power!) no one else wanted it so...I keeps it. (my precious).
Fun idea again btw. I'll see what I can do (but won't promise anything ).

@Soobooku: That indeed is a very good job, aspecially for a second try out! Keep it up! Oh and take on CR's advise. It's good . He has a really good eye for catching the little things others don't see or don't see anymore because they've been working on the piece too long .
