  1. Hey folks,

Just finished my first fully thought out Architect Mission arc and I would like some feedback. The arc is hopefully funny and should have plot twists and changes. I put a good number of hours into it, so please be specific and constructive if you think things need changing.

The Arc Id is 535709, "Leave it to Beeber" please rate!

    Synopsis:
Isher discovered Beeber on WhoTube, but was not prepared for the damage he would do to the music industry. By the time he realized his flaw, Beeber had become too powerful for him to stop. Beeber and his adoring fans seem hell bent on destroying music. Isher needs your help to track down Beeber and stop him AT ALL COSTS!

    Thanx

If I'm reading this right it means that if you are, for example, a 12 month sub now then you have a total of 4 Vet rewards.

    You have, the first four.

And then, when Freedom is live, you will get "The First Twelve" vet rewards which is equivalent to 36 months.
That's how I understood it as well, I hope this is true
  3. I just soloed a +4 x8 warrior map in AE with my TA/Arch/Power Defender. The speed isn't that great but it isn't mind-numbingly boring either. I made my build on paper because there is still no Mac Mids, and it's VERY expensive (6-7 bill) but I surprised myself........

    1. Flash arrow lowers hit chances enough to effectively allow me to handle alpha strikes. 72% s/l res and 27+ def to positionals and most other defs.

    2. I have all incarnates available so I fight at +1 in PVE

    3. 75% purple sets so my accuracy is great allowing even for the 1 - shot boss hold about 1/3 of the time (or so).

    4. The combination of Flash Arrow/glue/Disruption arrow/oil slick/Acid/RoA will clear mob 1 in just about the time it takes to cast. Then I follow with Emp/Disruption/Acid/RoA/Pyronic Judgment. Lather - Rinse - Repeat.

    5. With a recharge of 162.5 I find that the only powers I wait on are EMP Arrow, Oil Slick(which is up faster), and Pyronic Judgement. Hence the 2 attack chains. When teamed the actual downtime is much more noticeable because of increased kill speed.

6.Power mastery allows me to click a magic button anytime my blue bar goes down significantly and I never run out of end.

I am sure the build can be improved upon (Again no Mid's so no posting) but I love it and it can indeed farm effectively, especially at < +2 no bosses. it even has the "Oh Crap" button Force of Nature when i get into trouble.
  4. I understand the Op's feelings, It is a great ego stroke to be the one who clears the mobs after everyone has been wiped, especially when you are on a scrap or defender. However, I think a good player almost always stands out above the inexperienced. Just in how they play their toons. They are the ones who get looked to when a team wipes, or is hopelessly chaotic. Be the one who steps up and yells " Ok lets regroup and do X and Y this time" or organize a Baf and rock the heck out of it. Cause after all, AE gives XP not Experience.
  5. Thanx Tex, that looks pretty solid. I forgot to post the build I made last night ---super tired- Here it is...................Hero Plan by Mids' Hero Designer 1.803

I'm hoping for something kinda between the 2 builds though, unless mine has no merit at all and i should scrap it.

Edit: compared the 2 builds on mids again.....I am gonna roll your build Tex thanx alot! Ill let you know how it performs.
  6. This is my first major troller build. I made a preliminary build, but im trying to go for solo effectiveness. I already have a team-friendly build that is great. My major concerns are DPS and Defense. I am having issues downloading Mid's i19 so the last 3 powers i was gonna grab would be from the leadership pool(not set on that though). Can i get some help and advice. Thanx

I am pretty attached to this toon so i don't really wanna reroll him as something different i know there are easier builds.
  7. Welcome back!! As far as your build goes, it appears to me that you are focused more on the effects of the sets you are slotting instead of the bonuses you are getting. If I am wrong-----this was all a dream----- Instead of focusing on the +def/acc/end type effect, look at your totals and ask "what do i need more of?" or "what DONT I need/use?" Then make your slot and set choices based on a goal of more positional defense, or more regen, or more damage output, etc. You will find that you can move your slots around and gain a lot more from your sets.

Another thing, I think your goal of 120 mill for everything is a little low. The market prices have shot sky high in recent times so while a <1 Bill build is VERY possible i dont think a <400 mill is build very feasible. Take the advice of the others and stack some influence to get ready your build.
  8. Not an expert at all, but I can say that my Elec/SD brute can tank most AV's without the need for inspirations. That is just survivability though. I have killed AV's before solo but also found myself in a stalemate with others due to lack of DPS. IMO this combo or SS/SD might be able to put out enough to solo any AV due to the combo of the newly tweaked Fury and Against All Odds you can sustain a level of fury at around 100-150% even on a single target. If you add in build-up, then that puts it at about between 190-240% in spurts.

Im on my Mac atm so i cant post my build, but im pretty sure if I could make a build like this, then the pros have something stronger.
  9. I find myself in that same anxious state now that my windows laptop is on its death bed. Has the project had any recent progress lately? BTW its awesome that you are doing this, I know alot of people would love to have it.
  10. I was thinking about making that swap, thanks I will do that
  11. I just built this scrap and he has worked out awesomely. I can tank on most teams i join. I just wanted the forums opinion on my build, and any suggestions you might have. I know that Elec/SD is supposed to be the best farmer but i love the rapid-use aoe that fire has and overall my damage is pretty great.
