Bodyguard mode = having your pets near and in "follow defensive"-mode. This will make any damage dealt to the MM himself being divided between MM and the henchmen. 2 points for MM, 1 point per each henchman in range.

Sounds good though, I have alot of PvP experience from back in the days when base raids were introduced, we did alot of practice raids.

Kinda baffled, why does every Patron Pools have summons, except for the Mastermind?
What would go best with Nec/Poi ? Thinking of Soul, as it has two imob/hold, pared with the Poison hold... pretty neat... Any thoughts ?

I'm coming back after a long break, went away around issue 5 or 6.. And I was wondering, have some major things changed?
I got myself a level 40 MM, Necro/Poison with some nasty debuffs and powerful minions..
Are we able to level to 50 now ?
Do we get any new cool skills from 41-50?
Any major changes to Necro/Poison?

I don't agree, there is a better MM and as far as I feel, it goes like this:
Nec, Bot, Ninja, Mercs
But, that is just my cents, someone might think otherwise. -

Basicaly, attackers always win...
This will mean, if you get an IOP, you will loose it... Hence, there is no reason for doing the IOP in the first place...
Further more, you will be loosing Pre in base raids... NOT cool...
Attackers have too much of an edge over the Defenders, base items are too weak and easy destroyed.
Saw one post, where a team of 6 villains, took on a team of 8 level 50 (mk'ed to 40) heroes, and beat them up (the 6 villains were from 20-35). Taking down the hospital or power/control will cripple the defenders horribly, as you will need to RUN (fly, teleport, jump whatever) from the Hospital in the zone you entered the base to defend in the first place!
They really need to work more on bases and raids.... -

We even didn't get to add Attackers, so it was just wasted...

What I meant was that while most ATs have different sets of powersets that work in different ways, MMs have a lot of very stapleish powers. I mean, is any MM really going to mess up their build by skipping their summon powers? Stuff like that. I had to think very hard on my grav/enr dominator because I had far fewer staple powers that I knew I HAD to get or I was being a silly, silly person. It can get worse still when you're playing things like heavily tricked out plants dominators built purely for control, or optimum builds for stalkers and corruptors to get the most out of anything.
Not to say that MMs don't require any thought, but it's relatively sure you're not gonna miss the core essence powers that drives your AT.

MM's do take thought, and the 4 Pools (both main and second) are very different from eachother!
And yes, it can get messed up! Easy... I've seen some people do it :P -

Most powers in the Poison set is cool, but:
Neurotoxin Breath: Although I haven't tried this, it seems rather useless, speed reduction and recharge reduction...
Antidote: Ok in groups, but for solo it's worthless
Poison Trap: AoE says it all, Zombies and Robots have loads of AoE, Mercs and Ninjas some, all in all, it is worthless and shouldn't be in the set!
At 38, Noxious gas becomes available, and I was, mildly, looking forward to it, it's the last power I get untill the 40+ content is released and to say the least, IT SUCKS! The AoE is small, the duration is short, the debuffs are ok I guess but having to be in melee range to affect people AND it means debuffing one of your own pets, it's horiffic! On top of that, it was ment to have a hold, but the chances of that happening are SO slim, that I can't even begin to describe it (used it over a dosen times, never seen it happen yet) and the range of the power means that you almost have to be next to the pet when using it!
All in all, good powers, but the above can be left out... -

I've only resonatly taken up PvP againAt level 38, I thought I'd try it in Sirens
And man! Does it work! I was suprised to see people getting DOWNED! from flying, by Paralytic poison, as it doesn't do that in PvE
PvP is great as a Nec/Poilol

Besides, Group fly doesn't drain extra pr. person that uses it... Dunno where you get that from...
But as for crossing zones, it's worthless really... In some instances in PvP or PvE it's great though, but not too great... -
Upgrade your plot... I know that there is room for the 1x4 control room along with the other rooms on the 8x8 plot...
So... should be possible.. -
Need some info on instant base raids!
Too little info about this, and it could be very useful
I tried today, to do an instant raid and it messed up totaly!
5 min window to enter the raid, if you don't within that time, you can't come. If noone makes it in time (on either side) the raid is ongoing, but the defending team can't enter their base and the attackers can't cancel the raid! [censored]!?
We need some info on Base raiding, as it will be a reality within not too long...

A thing every MM should learn:
Place your (stay) bots/undeads/ninjas/mercs around a bend, move to the mobs and pull them to you and wipe the floor with them, no more running into other mobs...
