  4. Still when kiting, it will have a rooting time as I'm also sure you know ^^. A stalker just have to press follow on /elec blaster and when the thunderstrike animation is starting he knows he has gotten a kill
  5. Yeah you just put what I said, that /elec has a bigger smashing component than /nrg... but now we are not dealing with dmg, but with how thunderstrike makes an /elec blaster an easy kill to stalkers... so try and keep up.. sheesh
  6. Both can be good, mind st dmg is quite nice, and with 2 EFs quick containment even on bosses and 2 am's things can only get better. 2 RI's would make you pretty much unkillable too. Kin, as you know, is a late bloomer, but in big teams fulcrum makes a difference, and sb is always a godsent.
    So basically, it would depend on personal choice... altho if you plan to use it for pvp later on, go rad

That's the only reason why I chose to PvP on defiant... maybe it's always the same old faces, but winning or losing it's always fun in the end of the day.   8. Build looks solid, but given that you dont have hibernoob I would consider slotting the stealth IO in ss instead of a micro, and avoid using sprint at all for endurance sake

    I disagree on that, sb should always be a prior choice, no other power in the set is better, and only fulcrum is just as good as it. SB should be taken before any other power in kin and a /kin without it, or that doesn't spread it enough, is a gimped kin

  16. 5, anyone with 2 +percep powers, or 1 +percep power and a +percep IO will spot you with ease
  17. Errr I think they are overpowering atm (reason why I love mine )
  18. They can chain criticals with placate (and nin has a couple of them, one of which is aoe too). And unlike trollers, they can have their criticals without actually needing to stack two attacks. Besides, stalkers can crit on mezzed baddies too, just like containment
