Not officially, but look into the fan-created City Info Terminal, it's top-notch.
The devs had a plan to create a feature called the City Vault, but it turned out to be too intensive on the server, so the plans were scrapped indefinitely. -
Quote:The 80s cartoon didn't "start it all", the Turtles were a comic book first, which is the entire point of this list, so your point is irrelevant. Also I wasn't referring to the movie TMNT, I was just using the acronym because I didn't feel like typing out "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" twice. See how long that is? My fingers are exhausted (that's what she said). Anyway, both the 1987 and 2003 cartoon had this title.Aye, but it's the one that started it all. TMNT isn't Turtles to us purists.
Also the 2003 series bore much more resemblance to the comics than the 1987 series, so if you're really a purist, shouldn't you ignore the one that turned the Turtles into rad pizza dudes and quickly turned into a show whose only real purpose was to sell toys?
Quote:2003 TMNT would never have happened without 80s TMNT... but 03 TMNT is better. Are we talking better or more important?
Cuz those are entirely different lists
BTAS is on both, but BTAS is also farther back on the list of important...but is #1 for best... american cartoon made from a comic
I don't agree that Batman: TAS is far back on the list of important, they did a lot of stuff that children's cartoons just didn't do back then. It was also probably the first children's cartoon that, for the most part, handled its subject matter in a mature manner (yeesh, say that 5 times fast). I can't think of any other cartoon before B:TAS that had nearly as much depth. -
80s TMNT is on here but 2003 TMNT isn't? Man I loved that cartoon as a kid but beyond the initial episode arc it has not aged well at all.

Quote:Except dressing him like a Power Ranger would be an offense anyway, so the costume would still be generic'd.They don't hand out rename tokens, ever.
However, when a character is generic'd, an email is sent to the player asking for three alternative names.
Costume is only generic'd if it is found to be part of the offense (naming someone superman and dressing him like a power ranger would most likely just a rename, unless there's a Sentai Superman I've not seen running around. -
Quote:But it's not a rubber suit anymore, it's combat armor.Don't agree, I think Spiderman put that one to rest. Personally I blame Tim Burton. I've never liked the rubber suit Batman but it seems thats something we have to live with now. New York cop John McClane can take on a host gun-wielding bad guys wearing just a vest! But for some reason if its The Batman he has to wear a rubber suit OR ELSE ITS UNBELIEVABLE?

You don't have to be stupid to spring the trap. I just got done re-watching Batman: TAS, there were several episodes where Batman springs traps knowing full well that it's a trap because he's prepared to handle the consequences.

Dark Armor colored blue could be used for the Water Ninja.
Oh, I see you think Dark Armor is "ugly". Well, maybe a different color on it will make the difference and you can use it on Water instead of Shadow. -
Dual Blades might not be so newbie friendly due to its Combo system, but other than that DB/WP is a solid combo, mine (Brute rather than Scrapper) leveled pretty quickly.
I can't imagine not taking anything from Electric Armor (maybe the T9?). If you go Dark Armor keep in mind that the set is very endurance heavy, although being Dark Melee will help you mitigate this somewhat with Dark Consumption (also make sure you put the Theft of Essence +End proc in Dark Regeneration). I've also struggled with the Fear and Disorient toggles, my Dark/Dark (again, Brute) is level 46 and I'm still not fully satisfied with his build after all these years (rolled him shortly after CoV went live). -
Lifetime Invention System access is the bonus for filling Tier 7. Premiums can also buy monthly access vouchers.

Quote:It's a really vague memory so I forget exactly what it was, but I think it basically told Superman's origin in the context of the Silver Age so that wasn't exactly a major concern. My clearest memory though is a picture of a barber trying to cut young Clark's hair, only to be exasperated at his scissors breaking.Really? Interesting. And how many salons and barbershops do you think have scissors with Kryptonite lined blades?
Who cuts his hair for him? Who does he trust enough with Kryptonite to not only make the scissors but to actually use them. Ma and Pa Kent? Where did poor farmers get the scientific knowledge to know how to make an alloy out of Kryptonite and Earth metals and the money to fabricate the scissors.
I don't see baby or child Supes being able to do any of that.
I think it was a kid's book rather than a comic, to tell you the truth. -
I remember seeing an explanation somewhere that scissors with Kryptonite-lined blades were used.

Quote:Julian McMahon absolutely had the potential to be a great Doom, I blame this on the filmmakers. My issue with Movie!Doom in the first one was primarily the voice. This is the template for Darth Vader, people <citation needed> and should have sounded grand and impressive with a hint of Romanian accent, and probably some electronic distortion. Not 'boring standard movie villain'. That was actually the one and only aspect of that movie I found 'unforgivable'.

The second Protean is the one that appears in the normal cutscene. Apparently this bug is fixed on test and will reset anyone stuck on the arc to the mission where you confront Protean.

Quote:I think you're reading too much into the phrase "since the Praxis incident". To me it says, "After 100 years of kowtowing to the Federation, the Klingons are getting restless".Referring to your link Lothic- not sure how much I would believe that report since it's suppossed to be 5-7 years after Voyager yet mentions that the Klingons are restless after the Praxis incident?? Praxis occurred about 100 years before. If anything, the later seasons of DS9 showed the Klingons, even with their losses in the Dominion war were level with the Federation...

Kinda reminds me of the JL episode "Hereafter Part 2", where Superman is stranded in the distant future for several months and eventually grows a beard a lot like that one.

They're currently re-evaluating how T9 VIP rewards will cycle, so I don't think the Celestial stuff is going anywhere for the time being.

Quote:Fixed that for you.
Re: the topic
Yes to: Family Guy ending
No to: Seth MacFarlane having to do anything with Star Trek
