Rarely what??! I have it on my Blaster and its my most damage, gets a lovely AoE on it with just one range enhancement in it. Find I rarely get less than 10 with it when teaming

It is your god power. When the odds are stacked firmly against you. When you kill a Nemesis boss/leut while the entire mob still resides. To tank AVs. In PvP. To charge through a map with /em dance6 on and not take a single hit.

When you need a big endurance boost that's going to last. Even without being close to maxing out defence on my SR my Elude is mostly there for endurance purposes. -

The chance for +end is on the target, and apparently that's WAI so I wouldn't recomend it for EMP arrow

I always notice Freezing Rain giving a big boost to my teams when a stormy is on them, does it not give you enough when you are soloing?

I never ask people to gather for AM. I will try and hit most of the group with it when its recharged and mostly I find myself firing it off in fights (so at least the tank and scrappers will get a share from it).
I also wont stop what I'm doing to run back for an Aura, but I will for bubbles, sonics, forts, SBs and ABs. The exception to this will be below level 22 or when I know I'm about to fight AVs and the Aura's will be more worth my while (or if I'm playing my Fire/DA cause he's on an old SO build and needs all the help he can get end wise but that only applies in RWZ) -
My archers improved a fair bit, but its still a bit behind most powerset IMO. Of course once I get RoA then it will be lovely and well worth the wait........ but then I fall outside of the BP hunting range. Its like a double edged sword

Am sort of with Syn on the fire issue. I wouldn't want fire/fire, but if my secondary had mez then I'd be fine with the fire primary -

Aim+ BU+ FSC + Combustion kills most evens and +1s anyway.
And yeah according to herostats I get a stupid amount of my damage from Ice Storm even with the above combo its my biggest hitting attack. The plus side of Ice Storm is that the fear affect is overcome by taunt aura's -

The is no Knockdown in the claws set. Only Knockback. Most people who play the game well know this though.

Except for the knockdown power in the set you are correct.
Unless you mean that in game terms all powers are knockdown and their mag determines if they are knockback? -

Loved my Ice/Fire and am thinking of making an Elec/Fire. A nice primary with good tricks and a secondary that does damage works well for me.
But then I'm loving my Archery/Devices too. Which gives me a secondary with some nice tricks and a primary that really doesn't do anything but damage (all be it not a lot)
I prefer characters that have at least one set that involves thought on how to use well. Fire/Fire may preform well but it seems too much like button mashing to me. I've been told that's what blasters are but I dont have to believe that -

I remember that long road from about 30 to 35 with only Lucky for AoE protection. Was not a lot of fun against Nemesis.

I would fall back and let a ranged attack do the finish and cause the PBAoEs. A lot of scrappers on their last strip of health would finish off a jaeger and thus finish off themselves.

Oh its not just the Jaegers its the cones too, all the damn cones they have. Its easy to avoid the Jaegers blowing up, managed fine on my blaster who uses mosly PBAoEs herself.
Of couse I didn't have Aid Self in my build when I was leveling that got added in a level 50 respec. I have very unhappy memories of those levels, just feeling incomplete compared to other scrappers. Seems silly that SR has that weakness for so long -
I'd still say my Regen was my strongest but damn its dull to play. With regen you have to make a mistake to die or get hit by two AVs at once really. My regen comes out of retirement every 3 or 4 months for a day or so, and then I remember and back she goes. One day she might get 50
Vs Carnies am fine, its only Dominate AFAIK that doesn't have a positional value (I could be wrong but that's the attack that is never dodged or eluded for me, sometimes it misses though)
Still not tested the shards, I don't recall having big problems with anything there except their def debuffs (was before SR got resistance to def debuffs that I was there)
I guess I really should test it -
Was planning on Flashbacking for it, but hey might as well
