I like that idea, kinda taking a deep breath and using just the shield and your taunt. You can yell abuse from behind a shield easy enough

I guess I'm agreeing with this really. I'd love a character with a mace and a kite shield, but I cant justify it with the numbers knowing that I didn't get anywhere with mace/WP and WP is numerically much better on a brute than shield looks. It may change I guess, and we can only hope

Well the advantage with havibg the cells upstairs is that the suspect could potentially trip and fall down the stairs more than once before making it to the top!

doubt I'm going to try shield beyond the character creation screen tbh. I need to make an alt with a Kite Shield, but the set really doesn't appeal to me on anything other than a scrapper which has no set I'd want to play with shield at present.

They always needed a hockey stick.......... always

Possitional defence is great when you have all possitions covered. I'm not seeing AoE in that, I might have missed it, but AoE is fairly important from the 30s onwards.

I have just remembered my Fire/DA brute took down countess crey as an AV, it was unintentional, forgot to change dificulty setting. I did get through a whole tray of blues. She nearly took me down at one point but an ambush showed up just in time for Dark Regen (which she was slowly out doing my recharge on) to put me back to full health.

So yeah a very end heavy build I had but capable of killing one AV in the game.......... I wish it was cheaper on end

Synapse was the worst for me, I stuggled to take him down as an EB at the end too.

This would have been nice before Pashmina and Cashmere got all 5 costume slots unlocked rather than having both at Icon and trying to match them

Well I have run two Eve clients and CoH at the same time on my PC, but its probably not that useful for CoH, I think that was during a Hami Raid.

I normally keep the forums open on Firefox, run MSN messenger and outlook, winamp is pretty much always on. Sometimes I run ICQ (usually at weekends) XFire and Gtalk as well, depending on how social I am feeling. I run Teamspeak on my laptop beside me, and VLC media player.

I used to run CoH LCD but it keeps telling me I have no health or stamina all the time now even when I do so I dont bother with that any more.
