Basically End Rdx in attacks is better than End Redx in shields. If each attack has 2 acc, 3 dam, 1 end you'll be able to fight for a lot longer before running out of blue

Fallout IS the worst power in rad, followed by choking cloud. Both those powers are the worst by a huge gap imo

Oh how it bugs me when people dont recognise how truely amazing EMP is. All the controller sets I've tried have such weak AoE holds compared to it, and EMP drains end too.

That said I also like CC a lot too. Its no EMP but its something to use while its recharging at least

thing is Oil Slick Arrow is the most broken power I have on any of my toons, and I have a dominator so that's saying something. Its been unaltered since at least I6, and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel (or coming from the slick)

If I stand back and dont spam Iradiate using choking cloud all the time then my end consumption is fine without inventions, inventions have made iradiate much more friendly for spamming. Of course I now have a set in there which really reduces its end cost, but thats a new thing

My Rad doesn't run out of endurance in long fights anymore. Stamina, two set bonus giving 2.5%, Miracle giving 15%, Numina giving another 10%, power sink and then AM quite a bit of the time..... OK it cost me a fortune, and stamina is still required
