    On my regen I have mine 3 slotted for Res, cant say I have end issues with both Stamina and QR

  4. Ah, well have AM and Hasten on Rad but not on TA

    My Rad sits in melee and thanks to Choking Cloud gets a double stacked AoE hold. Can use Powersink with EMP to drain almost all end and not worry about losing end from toggles. EMP really suits my normal playstyle as I'm normally in the thick of things and PBAoEs are so me

    Edit: Use both in normal usage, but probably use EMP more, mostly when its recharged. EMP Arrow I just use to get containment when Flashfire isn't recharged really (I prefer Stun to hold on my controller as I spam cages anyway) but I use EMP arrow with CC all the time to keep groups at my mercy. If I can get that much control with it on a defender it must be awesome on a controller
  5. Lucky as soon as possible in my opinion, as Flitz said from about 28-35 is a pile of AoE death waiting to happen
  6. I'd still say EMP was better than EMP arrow personally. The recharge makes a hell of a lot of difference to me, and with the Rad set you're unlikely to be sat at range to start with. I'd happily place EMP Arrow in at second, but it doesn't knock EMP from the top spot for me

    Oh and going defender route would make TA/Rad so that one of my rad AoEs could light the slick without me having to target it. I'm lazy
  7. I'm a medicine pool user on my DM/SR, but I mostly made it for boss fighting and bosses have really varied damage, much better to be able to top up quick
  8. Defence and resistance are nice, but then you'd want the brute to have a very AoE primary to keep the mobs agrod to her, as EN doesn't have an aura.

    Now /fire has end recovery, I've had no end issues on mine, and guess what, am duo'd with a /thermal. It works really well, we're duoing AVs more and more recently and taking on agro cap herds regularly.

    Am guessing /elec would work as well, but you'd have to heal more than my duoing partner does.

  10. I duo with a Rad/Thermal and I must say it works well. Dont expect too much from your Nuke though.

    The 3 AoEs in Rad means you're able to add a fair bit to the teams damage, and def debuff is always good
  11. The def debuff is the best thing about it, IE it actually works.

    Also stacking -rech will help you with most AV fights, and a TA with a Rad make an awesome combo for that on the RSF (along with the -res, -def etc etc)
  12. Hmmm, I liked them on my /DA for end, but that would apply to most I think.

    I'd probably want a damage aura with Kin, cause well it looks nice to have big numbers ticking all the time.

    Really though any would work well
  13. *G* thanks all. Due to getting bored several times, and going back to her when I wasn't I think I teamed with a wider group of people than normal, solo'd a bit and then finally dinged trying to Duo Shadowhunter (and failing)

    The most infurating thing is the bugs I had with TA. Less now than when I started, but its still not working right.

    So I'd really like to thank everyone that put up with each and every rant I threw out about it. Until all the bugs are sorted Taik's new role is not as a superheroine, now she carries salvage for me.

    There isn't really a good AoE damage set for a defender since ED. When you could 5 slot for damage you could get an alright amount, but still not reat. Of course all seem good till level 20 and the scaling sets in

    Sonic seems like nice damage because of its -res
    Rad seems acurate because of its -def


    Possibly best you could go with is archery cause then you could use your nuke without losing end and your purpose in the team. Its still not great damage all round
