Usual method is 3 resist, 2 endred SOs.
You can easily cut that down to 4 slots with IOs.
Example, (+RUNSPEED/+RECOVERY SET BONUS)
Level 40 IArmr: End/Res (+24.125% to all)
Level 40 IArmr: End/Rech/Res (+19.3% to all)
Level 50 Aegis: Res (+42.4%)
Level 50 Aegis: End/Rech/Res (+21.2% to all)
= 107.025% Res, 64.625% End, 40.5% Rech
On my regen I have mine 3 slotted for Res, cant say I have end issues with both Stamina and QR

I have tough on my DM/DA and have it slotted with a DMGREZ/ENDREDUX Hami, 2 dmgrez IOs and an end redux IO.
For a regen, I'd advice to slot 1 endrdx and 3 dmgres, you may not require the endrdx but will be handy if later you want to slot some set since the interesting bonuses start from 4 enhcs onwards. If you are going for weave, the steadfast +3% def unique enhc will be handy on tough.

Morphius, MA/Regen Scrapper, just ticked lvl 38 and taken Tough. I'm not sure if it is the right choice, I'm aware it might only be a little bit of DamRes to S/L, but I thought I would try it.
I'm just curious on how to slot it really.
I don't need to worry to much about the end drain due to having Quick Recovery and Stamina. I was thinking of 3 slotting it with Dam Res IO's when I get the inf.
