It lets me take down multiple death mages without having to worry about my acc being floored, thus I like it, its quite funny ghosting with it, standing in a group, clicking the glowie then running off. All in all for the cost of one power and 1 slot its worth it

PS also have seen people tank AVs with it, obviously has to be a non Psi AV but it does work. Me I'd stick to the overpowered IH for that but hey, different strokes for different folks

I'd say take it, put one SO in it and use it if you have to/want to. If you need to slot recharge's in it you're doing something wrong elsewhere

Dark Celestine is a flyer so good for the last mission

Iradiate is the only Rad blast worth slotting for defdebuffs. Cosmic Burst can be worth slotting for stun (I have 1 acc/Mez, 3 Dam/Range, 2 Recharge in mine, if I needed more acc would have had 3 Acc/Mez, 3 Dam/range, say for PvP or something)

Electron Haze is nicer in most situations than Neutron Bomb. but Aim would be better still.

I wouldn't slot Neutrino Bolt unless you're planning on using a set bonus for something.

Total Focus probably deserves 6 slots

I know nothing of storm so wont touch that, just that its end heavy, and snow storm is a high end use toggle, then again I dont know what you have planned to put in the slots

Thanks, and am sure one of those piles had more than 20 heroes in it so that makes me think there's no cap.

Could run an interesting test if you could get enough heroes to die in one go to find out. Might mapserver though

How good is the cone from Elec Epic? Am thinking of taking it on my Ice/Fire for my second ranged AoE (Other than the always run Ice Storm) to go with Frost Breath. Slotting with some range
