At least every couple of hours, exit the base editor and then exit the base to a zone...
Then you should be able to zone back in and edit for another 2 hours... -

They could use the Talsorian Axe rotated with a blade pointing out every 30/45 or so degrees,
which would be similar to the Flanged Mace and the Fantasy Mace.
As for bludgeoning... The side of a blade tends to have a smashing rather than a lethal effect. -

Personally, I feel it would help City of Heroes, if they demolished the Atlas Park MA (And possibly the Galaxy City one too) and transfered any players logged out there to the Kings Row MA.
Additionally, as exemplaring via Oro doesn't give Exp then surely the MA should NOT give inf/prestige, as it is a Holographic Training Simulator... -

Alas, the time has come for me to retire from development and maintenance of Mids' Hero/Villain Designer.
It's sad to say, but I'm not able to give it the level of attention and time that I could in the past.
So, with that in mind, I've taken the difficult decision to pass it on to someone who can give it the level of commitment it needs, as I'd very much like it to remain available and useful as a resource for the CoX community.
Steiner at the Titan Network has agreed to take it on, and will be handling future updates and such. Though I'm sure I'll be checking up on him from time to time to keep him on the straight and narrow.
I'd like to thank the community as a whole for the support and positive feedback you've always given me, I've very much enjoyed my tenure as 'planner guy'.

Sounds like the standard base editing memory leak BUG...
The longer you spend in the base editor the worse it gets...
This should 'eventually' be fixed once the devs work on SG bases. -

From the rumors flying around I gather that Pretorias map will be something like Paragons but without the war walls...
If this is correct and Pretoria has 'progressive' loading, then maybe the rest of Paragon City and the Rogue Isles may see this in future with the loss of most of the war walls/force fields. -

I would probably recomend either:
SKY Unlimited (Formerly SKY Max) as it is an Unlimited/Uncapped package with NO fair use policy.
O2 Three options here and all are Unlimited/Uncapped, but there is currently a fair use policy attached.
(But this is not normally an issue with O2 broadband.)
In addition there is a discount on O2 broadband if you have an O2 mobile phone.

Doorways utilizing the MA interior window seethrough style.
I get a little annoyed on opening a mission doorway only to see a black square prior to zoning.
It would be nice for a change if we saw through these doorways as we open the door.
It has been done for the auto zone map edges (Roads) and Ferries...
A snapshot of the other side of Hazard doorways would always be nice, along with interior/exterior views through the mission doors...

I was thinking rather than re-make say Broadsword/? Scrappers when Shields came out, this option would of been useful to players wanting to make them Broadsword/Shield Scappers...
And so on...
Also agree with you on this not being easily available for general useage, as it would potentially wreck the current game, but am unsure what would happen after GR though. -
The only time I would actually agree with this is when they proliferate a new powerset...
I remade my MM from Necro/Dark to Necro/Pain, luckily for me, he was only level 6.
So under certain circumstances I could agree, like tailor tokens for Vet's getting new costume sets unlocked,
A single powerset change (Primary/Secondary) depending on which gained new powers during proliferation, would be fine by me, as long as the player is then subject to a forced respec. -

As your new laptop is a Mac...
You will need to Download the Mac Client. (EU version linked.)
The PC version doesn't have the Mac executeable wrapper around the CoX client.
Once installed and pached, if you login with your original PC account,
then all the additional content you unlocked will still be available. -

Hats (Cyborg, Roman, Vanguard, Valkrie, etc.)
And so on...

Just took a look at it in mids, 'KO Blow' has a 7.79 mag knockup.
Hurl has a 7.79 mag KB
Handclap has a 5.19 mag KB
The other knockback powers in that set have a base 0.67 mag knockback.
(Which being below mag 1 IIRC means it does knockdown.)
Also remember they stack for a short duration too, so getting hit with 2x KO will hit you for a total of 15.58 KU. -
Also after a back version of chest emblems and a cape with the chest emblems too.
(Mind you we are still waiting for the current chest emblems to filter down to the SG/VG logo selection list.)
