Well, since you asked...

Use the poker chip to pry the pocket clip off of the mechanical pencil.
Use the poker chip and heroclix base together to bend the straight end of the pocket clip carefully into a right angle.
Pull the guts of the mechanical pencil out, and get the lead tube.
use the poker chip and heroclix base together to flatten the lead tube, and then slightly bend the end upwards.
Use the pocket-clip as a tension wrench, and the flattened tube as your pick.
(This is assuming a pro set of handcuffs. For cheap cuffs, you can probably just pick it with the pocket clip if you bend it right)

Correct. All you need for the Badges are :

100 Invading Rikti = Sentry
20 UXB's (Unexploded Bombs) = Bomb Specialist
10 Heavy Assault Suits = Chief

The acquisition of these three Badges awards an Accolade :

Watchman/Watchwoman

This Accolade is a click power on a long recharge timer that grants the user decent amounts of Psionic Resistance and Defense for 60 seconds.

Also, if you are level 35+ and have earned the Member of Vanguard Badge, you can earn Vanguard Merits that can be redeemed in the RWZ for costume pieces and temp powers.

We plan for Character Rename and Character Transfer to go live at the same time.

Thanks LH. I am actually more excited about the Rename functionality than the ability to transfer Servers.

I also agree with the theory that this will serve to rebalance server loads across all servers and not what some fear to be everyone cramming onto the most populated servers.

ZOMG! What a bunch of FOOLS! To be so kind and courteous to give us a schedule of the Invasions going forward. How could they be so idiotic?!

A few random days a month and we get all the [censored] and moaning like it was the end of the world. All you have to do is either avoid the zones where invasions occur (becasue *GASP* they tell you where) or just don't play the days that they are happening.

This is a masterstroke of customer service and it just goes to show you can give the public sugar frosted goodness on a stick and still you will get hatred in return.


Cheers to you Devs. Ignore the foolish haters, this is an excellent compromise in the return of this event. Much better than if you'd made it two more weeks solid down the road.
