Ran Windfall durin' a UGT and only noticed an increase in Rare salvage drops, and o'course the increased influence. Nothin' else to note. Only received two recipe drops durin' the entire Trial; one was a common Invention recipe and the other was a Temp Power: Revolver.
I'm not really bothered by it as I don't run anythin' for drops. Sure, a Enhancement Catalyst would've been nice, but I'll get'em eventually. -

So, not the Rikti, but the Battalion. And the Rikti can't be the Battalion because in the lore it's stated that they "descended from humanity, in their own dimension, an advanced alien species of unknown origin converted the humans of the Rikti dimension into what they are now." to quote the Wiki. For all we know, that "advanced alien species" was the Battalion of their dimension, but the Rikti themselves aren't the Coming Storm.
As for the Dream Doctor, he predicts the fall o' Ouroboros I'm goin' to guess in i22 as he hasn't done so in the current version o' the game on the live servers. Considerin' his counterpart is Rularuu per the note he left in the Midnighters' Club, I would wager that they, Ouroboros the organization and the Citadel, fell to Rularuu and not the Coming Storm, aka the Battalion. The reason he would claim it was his doin' was because Rularuu was his counterpart and that he couldn't stop it. More evidence also points that to Rularuu from the sheer resemblance o' the Ouroboros zone to the Shadow Shard.Quote:The first mission of Mender Ramiel's Arc shows the use of Incarnate powers and Levels.
