    Another thing to revise...
No, panacea's recharge is PvE as is Gladiator's net actually but that's another matter.

I love snow storm personally, but on AVs it is more useful to keep them from flying than from slowing them down. Remember that AVs resist effects by 85%, so it's about 9.4% -recharge and slow (on even level AVs, don't even bother on the LRSF or STF). Fortunately, Cold does have other powers to stack with those (sleet, infridgiate, heat loss) and psy blasts have additional -recharge components. However, I would argue that Snow Storm is useful for stacking -recharge (since the more -recharge you have the better it is due to the 1/(1+X) recharge formula so 50% -recharge to double recharge time, but only another -17% to triple it, and a final -8% to quadruple it), but not particularly useful in slowing AVs down. Total Slow available is (30+62.5+87.5+50)*.15 = ~35% (add 13% for each stacked infridgiate), and I'm skeptical of whether you could really notice the difference between a 35% slow and a 25% slow and if it would make much difference in the ease of an AV fight. That said, I always use Snow Storm in AV fights, but for the -recharge, not the -slow.

Point taken, switching the acc/end for an end generic.

Thanks again for the feedback all.
  3. Alright I took some advice and I ignored some.
    TK Blast > Subdue, yes.
Dropping Snow Storm: no. Snow storm has a rather large amount of -recharge and -movement which is great for AVs who like to run.

So here's the slightly changed build:

  4. Let me preface by saying the SS/Elec I have was pacted and Power leveled as well as only being level 38.

I have quite a bit of experience with SS (2 brutes and a tank at 50). At least with Fire and Shield secondaries; you'd find that using obliteration in Footstomp is going to eat your endurance like mad. It really needs more endurance reduction. I can't say for certain whether /Elec can spam Footstomp without burning all its endurance. It may be something to look into.

    Otherwise it looks pretty good.

  6. Personally I'm fine with just my typical black pants, black sweatshirt, and black tshirt with assorted geek phrases.
  7. So I've got a Cold/Psi Defender which I love ( <3 Cold) and I figured I'd throw together her build awhile and see if anyone can see a problem with it. I use her for task forces and absolutely no soloing.

Specifically, on Live she 6 Slots both infrigidate and Heatloss, I just didn't have the slots to spare for that.

The 3 slots in Rest are for Numina, Miracle, and two Performance shifters to be placed into Inherent Stamina.

I managed to soft cap her to Smash/Lethal rather easily and I think that'll be excellent considering with her shields she's always the one in the most danger of dying.

So, any comments, feedback, questions, etc would be great and thanks for looking.
  8. Eh I'd do a syndicate not like what I play in is a big secret.
  9. I duoed a Fire/SR and Ill/rad for a while then I got bored of both so I have a pair of 50s I don't care to play.

So- if you remove an Incarnate Enhancement to slot something else... where do you put it? Are we going to get an Incarnate Tray to keep them in?

  12. Click Powers then combat attributes

You can then click one of those and tell it Monitor this stat (up to 10) and a new window will come up and show you in real time your stats.

Personally I hate hearing sorry. Seriously, half the time people don't mean it so save your words

    You have an awesome name.
  15. And now we return you to your regularly scheduled OMG ALPHA SLOT.

Didn't your parents teach you to do just that, say "I am sorry" when you were wrong? I know mine did and I teach the same to my own children, it is only right after all.
When its something he may not have had any control over no I don't expect a sorry. Its enough to admit he was wrong.

He is NOT an average player. In fact, if any player were below average, this fellow would be it. He has generated over 5,000 reward merits since the system was implemented, leveled 20+ characters to 50 over the last 3 years, and is sitting on over 1 billion inf after donating most of it to SG memebers.

I listen to players like you complain and just shake my head. This fellow SG member spent 2 years trying to figure out how to use Single Origins, and despite that he has generated enough wealth to fully Purple out several toons.
That's just awesome. Bravo to him for being a 70 year old gamer!

... Although honestly, I could probably make a ton if I stopped worrying about profit margins and started just looking for largest net profit on sales. Making a factor of 10 profit on ten sales by buying things for 1.5 million and selling them for 15 is not as good as making a factor of 2 profit on a single sale by buying for 300 and selling for 600.
    Quite true.
  21. By Made I mean I collected two sales.
  22. I made and spent a billion.
  23. *stares at you with crazy eyes before using tiny paws to fire ray gun at TPBM: turning them into an emu*
  24. Marketting doesn't take long. I can login/out a toon in 3 minutes after crafting her purchases and relisting.

this totally makes me want to buy random snipe recipes from myself for a billion
